service is zero
I ordered 5 items, the order was paid for, I found out that the shorts were not available only after opening the parcel a few days later, the purchase was intended for a vacation and to buy something in exchange and I have a little time and it was an unpleasant surprise, but that's not all, I received the parcel on 24.07 I am writing a review on 30.07 because they still have not returned my money, in response to my letter to return my money, the store manager tells me stories about vacations and illnesses of employees, but whose problems are these? certainly not mine as a client!!! There is still no money, although they should have returned it as soon as they accepted the order and realized that the goods were not available!!!

We always need some time to check refunds and the refund has to be returned via our payment provider, this takes some time. Worst shopping experience in my life
I went to return something and they won't let me, even the policies allow it, they said the tag is not on the clothes, but when they sold it it was never attached. They also terribly looked down on me and laughed at me as if I should be ashamed of returning it. I took my phone out to film and they got mad and scratched my face and my hand when attempting to hide the camera away, later they also kicked me out of the shop.
one day later my friend went to return it and they handled the return with no issue, for her when she pretended it was her shopping.
It was the same item, same shopping bag and same sales assistant. the only difference is she is white and I am Asain.
I think they are discriminating me and bullying international customers.

We have your abuse on crystal clear camera recordings and there can be no mistake of you being the agressor and physically attacking a member of our staff. See also the reaction to mrs Yu (??) below. We would appreciate that you identify yourself. Mrs. Yu, We have reviewed your aggressive behavior and abuse yesterday afternoon within our store also with the images of the security camera’s. You have physically attacked a member of our staff and we will file for assault and abuse at the proper authorities. The camera images show no doubt whatsoever about your physical abuse and these images will be handed over to the Police together with statements of 3 witnesses who confirm your aggressive behavior. I hereby also inform you that you are not welcome in our stores and we will immediately notify the police if you enter our store.
