My experience with The Golf Group has…
My experience with The Golf Group has been extremely disappointing
I paid for a marketing package that was sold to me on the basis that it would include advertising, a newsletter feature and push notifications. My reason for investing was straightforward: I expected the agreed promotional activity to be delivered and to provide genuine exposure for my business.
Unfortunately, I have not seen evidence that the services I paid for were delivered as agreed.
What has concerned me most has been the communication. I repeatedly tried to obtain answers and clarity about what had actually been implemented, but struggled to get a satisfactory response. I eventually submitted a formal complaint and escalated the matter because I felt I had exhausted the normal routes of communication.
I am currently pursuing a full refund because I do not believe the services were delivered as agreed.
For any business considering working with The Golf Group, I would strongly recommend getting a precise written schedule of deliverables, publication dates, evidence of distribution and measurable reporting before making payment.
I am always prepared to pay properly for marketing that delivers what has been agreed. My issue here is not simply whether a campaign generated leads; marketing can never guarantee results. My issue is whether the services I purchased were actually delivered as promised and whether concerns were dealt with appropriately when I raised them
Based on my experience, I could not recommend The Golf Group

A great day had! ⛳️ The course was absolutely fantastic… the golf, not so much! 😂
Brilliant event, brilliantly run by a great group of people. Hopefully my golf hasn’t completely put them off sending a future invite! 🤣
Thanks again for a fantastic day!
