I got in touch via the website because I'm just starting out and am super indecisive, so couldn't decide on which colours to buy (and had a million other annoying questions), but Jess was absolutely brilliant! She was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, even sending me photos of swatches, so I could see the colours I was debating, next to the colours I'm currently wearing on my own nails, so I only had to look at my hand to figure out how they would look! We had a brilliant conversation and she really helped me feel more confident with my choices and answered a lot of other technical questions, too. It really felt like chatting to a friend, but one that knows a LOT about nails, haha! I've gone from being completely confused and overwhelmed by all of the options, to super excited to place my order and get started!! Thank you so much Jess! xx

I had a delay with my delivery, but the customer service with the gel bottle is amazing and got it sorted for me!

What a refreshing change! Customer service was super quick and efficient, my problem being resolved immediately with a great outcome. Caroline was lovely to deal with and I feel confident that I can contact them again should I ever need to in future. Keep up the good work team, you’re very down to earth and approachable which makes TGB a brilliant company to use.

Fantastic service. I had an issue with the lamp. I contacted customer service and assumed I would have to faff about sending the lamp off and wait for the inspection and wait for it to be sent back. The response I got was very different. I was told that a new one would be sent out immediately. Not what I was expecting. I couldn't have wanted a better response. They resolved my issue swiftly and very efficiently. Great customer service and aftercare x

Kirsty has been so lovely and helpful. I had some issues I needed help with and she really explained every detail! It’s amazing to use products from brands such as TGB who have such amazing people in their customer service team!

I love using these products and have never had an issue with them! Customer service is fantastic! I recently received and order that had an incorrect item in it, Kirsty from the team got back to me quickly and sent out the correct item as soon as she had sent an email back to me. Can not fault the products or the team they!

Had an issue with with a couple of polishes and I have to say the customer service was wonderful, I dealt with Amy, and she was brilliant, really speedy responses and the issue sorted out immediately with no hesitation. Keep up yeh great work 😊!

Very happy with the quality and size of the products !
The only think is that they never add little gift to the order 😃, it will be nice to have little something , many other well known brands do and it’s nice !
Even if it’s just something super small or cheap doesn’t matter, it’s nice for the customer. This is not an issue, I will keep using the brand of course , but little advice 😃❤️

Brilliant customer service! Bought a lamp 4 months ago and 3 sets of lights have gone, email sent with photos, caroline asked for my order number and a new replacement lamp was sent pretty much straight away, even offered to organise a pick up for the faulty one. Caroline was extremely polite, fast replying, even managed to change the delivery address of the new lamp last minute.

After experiencing a defect with a top coat The Gel Bottle were extremely quick to respond to my email and resolved the issue for my very quickly. Customer service was fantastic. Thank you.
