Do NOT use this product. I wish I’d done more research beforehand, but found out the hard way that this is an inferior product.

Currently suffering from sudden allergy causing Onycholysis (separation of nail from nail bed) after 10 months of use.

It’s common knowledge (now I realise) that this brand is known to cause severe allergies and my own nail technician informs me that they are busy moving clients over to the “Hema free” version - which by the way The Gel Bottle charge more for, even though they know the original product is inferior.

Don’t take my word for this in isolation. A quick search online will verify.

Shocking Customer service. No accountability, online chat and calls take ages to answer. Pay for Express Delivery and 5 days later still waiting for order, got through eventually on phone line to be told "we are busy" ..... but can't follow up where my order is or when it will be despatched, so no customer service, no Managers to escalate. I recently visited The Gel Bottle Inc for a hydro facial and laser hair removal treatment, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a male client, I appreciated how welcoming and professional the staff were—they made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.

The hydro facial was refreshing and tailored to my skin’s needs, leaving my face looking clear and revitalized. The technician was skilled and took the time to explain each step, which I appreciated. As for the laser hair removal, the process was surprisingly painless, thanks to the expertise of the staff. They were attentive to my comfort, making what can sometimes be an uncomfortable treatment feel smooth and easy.

What made the visit even better was the overall ambiance of the place—it felt more like a luxury retreat than a typical clinic. To top it all off, there was a cocktail bar! After my treatments, I enjoyed a beautifully crafted drink, which added a relaxing and fun touch to the experience.

Overall, The Gel Bottle Inc exceeded my expectations. The combination of top-notch services, highly skilled staff, and that unique touch of luxury with the cocktail bar made it an unforgettable visit. I’ll definitely be returning for more!

The Gel bottle is one of the best builder gel product we've ever used (used to be)in our salon. This is only brand that has so many gel builder in colors. Unfortunately The price was just insane for the quality and for the delivery. Builder didn't cured properly which causes so many lifting no matter what we tired . It claimed that we do not need builder base coat under excepted for Clear and white. Many clients nails were lifting within a week time especially dark color ones and baby pink. Many clients has nail separation which I mean their actual nails were separated from their nail beds and created thicked skin under their nails and loosing up. And this causes a lot of problems for us these are not type of fungal from the gel product but there is something they that causes many our customers had the reaction. Now, I'm so sorry to say that we have stopped using The gel bottle brand and went for other brands instead and we never had any problems again since then no burns, well cured and never lifted or peel off. And this is sad when customers came in asking for this especially brand otherwise they didn't want to do it. And us ... hardly to say why we stop using this brand.

Have used their products for a while with little issues. I tried to put an order through and tried ALL their payment methods, PayPal, PayPal pay later, klarna, google pay, Apple Pay, direct card details. None of it worked. I wasted 3 hours in total because of this. I tried both desktop and mobile, I tried both chrome and Firefox. I contacted their live chat the next day and told them the order is urgent and I needed it to go through that same day. They said they can call to take payment over the phone, but the live chat disconnected as I was on the tube on the way to work. I started a new live chat immediately after on the same morning and explained the issue again and gave them my phone number, asked them to call me that same day so I can put my order through. It has been 5 days since then and they haven't even emailed me back with a resolution. Their website is unusable to me even though I had no issues on any past orders. They offered no resolution for their failed payment systems, and did not call me to help me give them money. I guess they are doing ok without me as a customer.

We had slight technical problems with one of my orders I spoke to Amy beer on two occasions and on the second point of contact she had it all resolved and my stock ready for dispatch and this was vital as this set of stock was for a new salon due to open this week

Customer service and lines of communication are absolutely appalling, I've waiting over 3 weeks now for a order that was missing, was promised it would get sent out last week after finally resolving the issue with head of customer experience and I still haven't received it. And now DHL don't even recognise my shipment number. They need to re open their phone lines.

Great products! Excellent customer service by Brittaney, I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding customer support. I can’t wait to keep trying it all their gels and regular polish. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

This company is great, love their products, can always count on them for great quality.
I recently spoke with Beth about a slight issue with one of my many orders. She dealt with it so efficiently and professionally, my replacement product was already on its way to me before we had finished chatting. She was so polite and friendly, a real asset to the team.

I am a customer and have used the same nail technician for years, she is excellent and was desperately upset when she saw the state of my nails which have become painful, have growth under all nails and have gone green. Apparently the composition of the product has changed and she has had 3 other long term customers with the same reaction over the past 2 weeks. This product has become dangerous. I'm seeing my GP tomorrow assessment and hopefully they can help. Please withdraw this product from use

I am a newly qualified nail tech.
I started to buy and use TGB products since February and I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service.
I only had 2 issues and they were resolved quickly with next day delivery.
The team have been so helpful and couldn’t have done enough for me.

I have been using there builder gel for years. Recently they changed the formula. This product is sub standard and well below the standard you would expect from this company. Please don’t waste your money buying it. Very disappointed.

Disgusting company, immoral business practices, jumped up owner who pays herself the best part of £500,000 a year and thinks she’s gods gift. Dace Kalnina, you’re about to lose a lot of customers and it will be time to sell the Lambo.

Colours are gorgeous but even after curing for 1 minute in UV lamp after 4 weeks of client having the polish on
When it comes to appointment time the nail polish is not cured.
Very hard to file off with a carbide bit or even an arbor band

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but I have never experienced a nail polish like this

My experience with customer service has been 5*!
I have been speaking to Amy Beer regarding my USB flash lamp. The wire had split, despite not being used to often and stored with the wire straight. Amy has issued a full replacement on express delivery and requested for the damaged one to be collected on a day that suits me.
I cannot fault Amy and The Gel Bottle for all their help!

I've been using TGB products for many years. What I particularly love about TGB BIAB's and gel polishes is long lasting pigment and creamy consistency. TGB colours never fade and always glide on easily, giving full coverage every time. Both my clients and I are always thrilled with the service TGB products offer, making them good value. The regular educational webinars are invaluable and their customer service is excellent too.

Caroline replied to my email very quickly and resolved my issue. I had an email within hours to notify me that my new replacement efile is on its way.

Disappointed by the expensive shipping for a very small box - also took over 5 days to be dispatched which is not what you expect in 2023 and especially when the shipping is so pricey!
