Ordered it on Sunday got a call Monday confirming the order and sorting out delivery for the next day. Really pleased with the heater itself. Wife very happy. Can’t ask more than that. 5 star product and delivery. Definitely would recommend.

Great product, would have been nice to have been given an estimated delivery date though. But did get an email when it was dispatched.

Easy straight forward purchase. No website difficulties. Package arrived on time. Excellent packaging including well secured bubble wrap. Very pleased.

The day I put my order in a nice lady phoned to ask if I would be available to sign for the gas heater the next day.

It came the next day and it looks great.

I can't fault this purchase. The advice by telephone helped me to make a decision. I ordered on Line in the early afternoon and received delivery next day. I thought this was an achievement bearing in mind I live 200 miles away and the size and weight of the gas appliance. Price was good and delivery was free. So what more could you want.

Communication was at a minimum and I couldn't track the delivery. However, in the end it was an overnight delivery, and the product is excellent. I would buy from them again.
