Sarah was incredibly helpful. She was always available, assisted me with any questions I had, and provided detailed consultations. She effectively resolved my issues.

We stayed at the Algiers flat, last year and had to come back this year because of how beautiful and clean the falt was, it was in a really nice quiet neighborhood with very friendly professional helpful staff especially Lokman and Sarah who were there anytime we needed them .

Everything was smooth and the place was clean. Lucas was the one to help out and he really did a great job providing the proper information and was very kind and polite.

Apartment location is good and size ideal. Sarah was helpful. Just one suggestion. Late checkout was only till 12pm despite for a fee. If you may push it to 4pm that would be great.

It was a great experience and the lucas help us through out the entire stay. From early check in, wifi problem and the response is super fast. Will definitely stay again.

First of all, very seamless check in process. The location is amazing! Everything you need is right on the street. The apartment was very clean and very well organized. Very quiet as well with a great view. Would highly recommend as I will be staying again when I do return. Thanks Maya.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I made the mistake of not checking this before I booked accommodation and became part of their scam. Devastated and lost thousands of pounds.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. I booked one of their properties through VRBO ON 9/3. The cancellation provision provided 100% return of payment if cancelled before 10/18. i cancelled the booking the next day. They do not respond to emails and they do not answer the phone number provided by VRBO. All I am looking for is an acknowledgment of the cancellation and a timeframe for the return of the funds.

Lucas was beyond helpful, and answered all of our questions without issue. We had an amazing experience, as the apartment location, amenities and connecting transports allowed us to both explore London whilst also having London fields, and amazing weekend/Sunday markets only a 5/10 minute walk away. I absolutely would book again and recommend :)

We had a lovely time ! Glad I decided to choose through flexliving . The apartment got everything you expected . Like in Europe . And the most important is Sofiane who took a. Extra step to make sure everything we need . Always easily to call him .

Great location, around Bermondsey, Tower bridge and London Bridge with many nice restaurants and places of interest to visit. Although, nearest tube station is 20mins walk away, buses are very regular. Nice airy apartment with all the basic necessities. Our agent, Jina was very helpful and quick to respond to requests via WhatsApp. However, I didn't like the creaky floor boards, unkept external areas outside the front entrance to the building and having to pay £40 for a spare set of keys. Also didn't like the £1,000 deposit against damages etc and possible penalty of £300 for late check out.

We rented an apartment in Hackney Wick for two weeks and we had a great experience. We travelled from Australia and Michael was truly amazing - answering all our questions and making sure we had all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean, light and had amazing views from the 7th floor. It was close to public transport, shopping and a quick walk to beautiful Victoria Park. It absolutely lived up to our expectations and provided the perfect base for all of our London sight-seeing.

We arrived in Algiers on the 5th of September. What a wonderful surprise and great hospitality, thanks to Lokman! He is a very serious and professional man, who greeted us with a smile. His explanations were clear, direct, and very helpful.

The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, and well-maintained—everything is impeccably organized. It’s also well-situated and easy to find, with the added bonus of on-site parking.

Lokman’s hospitality gave us a sense of security, and we are having a fantastic stay in Algiers. I will certainly return to this apartment again and again.

Everything is perfect, I have nothing negative to say!
