Wanted to purchase a St George flag
Wanted to purchase a St George flag. My billing address is different than the shipping address. On their drop down there is no: United States of America. However, they do have North Korea which should come in handy for all there North Korean customers. During checkout all the boxes are buffering. Whilst trying to put in the UK address, it claims that address does not exist when in fact it does. I recommend others not to bother with this website as it seems quite dodgy to me.

Ordered online and sent picture for a bespoke design. Had a issue with my picture but soon got it sorted with some help from Flag Shop. Wanted it in cream with the horse head as per the design with a couple of letters added. Were very helpful, ordered last Wednesday and delivered this morning by Royal Mail tracked service.
Well impressed and will definately use and recommend again.

Shipped too late - six whole days after order!
No mention of Standard Delivery timeframe when ordering online (or on email receipt after purchase), I expected six days to be enough time!
They shipped it the day before I was to fly to the Olympics. Then when I call to suggest they make it clearer on their website, the guy just rudely talks over me. Zero stars if I could.

Wow I'm so impressed with their easy to use website, the speed in which I recived my flag and the quality is way above what I was expecting. I will be only using this site for my flags from now on and I've passed information on to all my friends.
Bespoke flag
Bit of a faff trying to design a bespoke flag on the mobile so switched to the laptop and it was simple. Contacted customer service and initial response was swift but then nothing hence 4*. The flag arrived within the allotted time frame, quality is excellent, great colour and personalisation was spot on. Really pleased with my purchase and I would use this business again, thankyou. Really hope they take on board the comments about communication, it is key to a good customer experience.

Instead of apologising and trying to assist or even issuing a refund as any descent company would, Brian just argued and left the problem on me. To date no refund, apology or anything to show for my money. Think twice before trusting as you will have no comeback if you receive nothing, just a sad lesson learned.
