Prompt service, delivery ahead of schedule, great/comfortable fit and good quality.

When I realised my full address had not registered with autofilll I contacted Fitvile UK immediately. They were very efficient, remedied the problem and let me know they had updated it. They re-assured me that I will be receiving my fab fit shoes after all. Thanks team, really appreciate your prompt re-assuring email.

Customer service is appalling. Brought a pair in UK for 90 year old man. They sent me the wrong size twice and expect you to return to the USA which costs more than the shoes. Beware of scammers

Shoes fit very well (extra wide 4E). Able to use orthotics in soles in them. Comfortable. I did not realize when ordering that they would be drop shipped from the factory in China. Delivery took a while.

Got earlier than expected. Needed my second pair. I think they are absolutely wonderful tennis shoes.

Your return policy is extremely annoying and difficult it’s as if you’re doing your best to inhibit people from returning the product. I’ve never heard of offering money to a customer in an amount that is less than the shoes cost rather than figuring out a more convenient return protocol. Punishing customers because the shoes don’t fit isn’t a great marketing approach. I won’t be buying anything from you again. Shoes sometimes don’t fit and by making the return process so difficult it’s easier to shop elsewhere.

The package came to me very secure within a week time. But you guys have a big problem with tracking the carrier all the way until delivery time. I have absolutely zero, ground carrier information. No tracking of who was delivering my package. That was so annoying.! other than that it went well.

Not very happy with the shoes not as comfortable as the last pare that lasted me for 2/12 years they just don't feel good on my feet and the only reason I ordered them is my old ones the rubber was coming off the front just not very happy with the new one's sorry

multi reasons, one took longer to get it than it should have, 2nd why was it from china, saw no were on your website it came from china. the biggest thing, diabetic shoes, they were suppose to be 15W they are clearly 16W shoes. I will not return to buy anything from you again! They are making good. so i changed my review. Thank you.

Good shoes. One of the few brands with wide sizes. Shoes are light weight. I really like thecolor choices.

Width was good but length was to short. I stand up and my two longest toes are jammed into the front of the shoe.

Easy to order but not thrilled the shoes are made in China. They fit ok, but for me they are very heavy, should be OK for colder weather.

I was looking for a comfortable sneaker for work and ordered the Cloud Wanderer. I received them within a week from ordering them. They are awesome! Very well cushioned and make my feet feel so good at the end of the day. I will definitely be buying more shoes from Fitville. I was very pleased with this product. If your feet hurt at the end of the day, you should really try these.
