As a real estate investor since 2019, I have generated virtually zero returns on a 790,000 investment, receiving only a single payment of 3,000 over a seven-year period. Having completely lost confidence in both this asset and the management company, my primary objective now is to ensure full transparency and public accountability regarding this investment. I have already raised a complaint to the DRS government office and am now in the process of collecting evidence to file a lawsuit. For others who have fallen into this trap, you may join forces with me to pursue collective legal action

Overall very good experience

I like prompt and regular management report and payments.

I don't like it when my apartment was swapped with a smaller apartment. I felt cheated.

The incomes fall below the projected incomes before purchase.

Our money is been on hold for 3 months now they saying because of the conflict we not getting our money rent investment
thats not the case they just leading us on the UAE governement has said here is no restriction on investers getting there money
