No contact from EPC man in Cornwall.
Have a post assessment query but he does not respond.
Also charged £120. I know now there is cheaper.
Shop elsewhere, there are plenty of others.

Stay away from this firm. Requested an EPC which was conducted by Olly. Payment was issued after his inspection and 5 days later I’m still waiting for my EPC certification. Tried calling the company as well as emailing and several voicemails which are unanswered and clearly ignored.
Only used this company based on other reviews. Totally disappointed

Contacted after searching for options when found our EPC was running out. Arranged for next day with the office then Olly came when agreed, really nice personable chap who was efficient and polite. Invoice sent same day, payment easy to arrange and EPC updated and sent through quickly. Fantastic service, easy throughout and a fari price. Thanks Olly!

Used this service for the first time 2 weeks ago. Initial contact to book appointment was very efficient from my online enquiry. The day and time was arranged and confirmed via email. On the day, the appointment time was 9.30am. No-one turned up so at 10am I called the gentleman who said he thought it was booked in for the following day? He rebooked for 11am that day, again this time came and went with no contact. I received an email at 12.20pm saying he would be with me in 10minutes, then he finally turned up at 1.30pm!!

He whizzed round my property in less than 5 minutes, did not measure all the rooms and left saying he would have the EPC over to us in 2 days. 5 days passed with no contact, so I dropped him an email. The next day I received the draft EPC which had the wrong measurements on it and also incorrect information regarding solar water heating. Along with an invoice for double the amount advertised.

2 days later I received the draft of the corrected EPC and paid the excessive invoice. I was then sent a completed EPC which was for someone else's property!

I don't think I have ever received such incompetent service. I appreciate all of the individuals run their own business, however I would not recommend using this company.

Excellent communication throughout booking, confirmation the day before. Very pleasant people to deal with, would recommend in a heartbeat.

Didn't get through on initial phone call (Monday afternoon) so left a message, which Natalie promptly returned.
Appointment booked for Wednesday at 1.30pm which Olly arrived for on the dot.
Very pleasant fella, knew what he was doing, and got on with it - less than half an hour.
Invoiced me same day, certificate received and uploaded to website following morning.
I had had another quote for £65 plus VAT, but Olly's fee was £60 including VAT.
All in all, a very positive experience.

Very accommodating with working around me in home office. Booked a date and time sooner than expected. Didn't need much info, mostly permission to get in the attic etc. Explained everything and sent the confirmation very soon after. Can't fault the service

Having used the services of EPC Man in the past, Olly carried out an inspection for the renewal of an existing Energy Performance Certificate. As usual, he was punctual, polite and efficient in his work. The certificate was followed promptly on payment.

I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The EPC was arranged and completed by David MacMichael. He was courteous and explained the process; carried out the survey very methodically and forwarded the EPC certificate the same day, for a very reasonable fee. I would certainly recommend David for EPCs in the Warrington area.

Exceeded expectations. Clear communication beforehand. Gave me a window when he’d arrive and phoned 30 mins before he arrived giving me time to take a break from work. Good advice while doing the survey with obviously excellent knowledge of everything epc.

Olly did a stellar job for us in assessing our property prior to selling. He was very professional and, I think, asked pertinent questions about our property.
He was very pleasant and very polite throughout and the report arrived in my inbox as promised. MB

Olly was punctual, polite and extremely efficient. He completed my EPC in approx. 25 minutes and emailed the report to me, and uploaded onto to Government website the same day. The process was smooth, painless and quick, with price quoted upfront.
I needn't have been so worried about this and the price was extremely good compared to estate agents over inflated prices.

I was given Paul Brown's name by a contact of mine. He arranged an EPC at very short notice - i had the EPC certificate within 24hrs of making the first call. The surveyor, David, was friendly and polite. An excellent service

Olly was on time and he had completed the job in around 20 mins.

Invoice and Cert received later that day.

EPC was accurate and as expected.

The price was fair and communicated at the time of booking.

Would easily recommend.

Quick, and very reliable.

Not worth the paper its written on! Everything was 'assumed' on several points incorrectly, which I assume would lower the rating. I tried to make contact with the chap but he didn't even respond to my email. In addition the link on their website about the complaints procedure had no information. I will have to get the two properties done again and walk around with the assessor answering questions to ensure the information is accurate and gives me something to work with.

Excellent prompt service and reasonable price, would definitely use this company again.
