Order delayed then cancelled for no reason

Waited 2 weeks without any update on my order. Then after chasing a couple times they responded to say they were sending it, but a few days later I got an automated email to say my order was cancelled, with no proper explanation.

No goods, no answers.

After a month my order hasn’t been even shipped yet. I wrote 5 emails and none was replied to, the phone number isn’t active and the WhatsApp button on their Facebook page leads to nothing. I start to thing it’s a scam and I have lost my money.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered items at the end of May. Waited for 3 weeks and nothing had arrived. No shipping information available and no tracking number. I called. You can't get through directly to the company. Yes, I was told that I was on the priority list. Called again after 2 days. Once again, the person couldn't get through to the company but I was assured that I was a priority and would hear back by the end of the day. Nope. Called again two days later. The woman didn't even understand why I was calling that number! (The number listed on the website as the customer service number!) I told her to cancel the order. I emailed 4 or 5 times, finally asking to cancel. I finally got an email back saying that they would have to check to see if it had been sent. Lo and behold, the stuff arrived a few days later....a month later! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If I hadn't repeatedly contacted them, they would have never sent the items. I had contacted my bank to see how to get my money back. They advised me to keep all correspondence and take note of all calls. After 18 working days, I believe, you can contact your bank and ask for your money back. I do not believe they would have sent the items had I not chased them up and contacted my bank. If you have had problems with a company, you can report them to The Insolvency Service, Investigations and Enforcement Services.

Awful experience. Fraudulent company.

Awful experience. I ordered my items on the 2nd May and still nothing. After numerous emails, I was contacted by Alex from customer service to say it would be posted 'today ASAP' and their delay was down to the courier losing the parcel (this I don't believe as I was never given a tracking no.). This was the 17th May; needless to say I never heard back again. I later called 3 times to be told they couldn't get through to anyone from the store (appears to be a 3rd party customer service) and they would ring me back later. This also never happened.

As this is now tantamount to fraud so am now in contact with my credit card company. Do not buy from this store.

Terrible experience. Beware.

Terrible experience and nil communication. I placed my order on 23rd April and as it has not arrived have since emailed twice (no response) and phoned three times (they say all the right things and that somebody will get back to me by the next day but this has not happened - I’m still waiting!!!). I will now be opening a dispute to get a refund.Would definitely not recommend.

Avoid, dreadful experience

Unfortunately I received a £50 gift voucher at Christmas & after looking at the online store alarm bells rang. The majority of items are out of stock and everything is really over priced. Making the best of a bad job I ordered straight away, received confirmation of the order, a week later an email request for a review for Trustpilot & nothing since. I have emailed twice & received automated responses telling me they aim to reply with 48 hours; no follow up was received. I now just want my son to be refunded the £50 but given the behaviour & reviews on here I doubt that will happen. Avoid at all costs, scam alert. I will contact trading standards and see what can be done to stop them.

I have just replied to Laura's email, it arrived just fine but incase it didn't get through here it is:

"Hi Laura,

No definitely nothing from Eco Shop in my junk folder; I checked several times and it doesn't delete for 30 days. Nothing is blocked either, the automated response emails got through fine as did your request for the review.

I also didn't receive a notification of dispatch email for the order that is now lost.

I am obviously concerned that the onus is now on other sellers to send the items as this adds another dimension to the communication chain and to the sales contract. This isn't made clear at all on the website, I was under the impression I was buying directly from you and not a marketplace open to various sellers.

I will be in touch in a week should I not receive the goods as this has been mentioned by other reviewers on Trustpilot.

Thank you for getting in touch and I will hopefully be able to update my review to say I received the items within a week or so.

Incidentally I have now received awelcome email from one of the sellers so it appears part of my order has reached one of the sellers. I will update when I receive the items.

Pleased with goods previously received

Pleased with goods previously received, but haven’t yet received this order despite having paid for it and been asked to review it twice. Therefore, not happy this time. I went for subscription, which means that the money has been taken regardless of whether or not the goods have arrived. I’ve been waiting since 23rd of September.

Beware customs duty

OK. I have to give a low rating - and this is the reason. The products that I ordered arrived, as I would have expected, in good condition. What I was not prepared for was the 31:50 € customs bill. I know that this is not your fault but I think you should warn your European customers of what, in effect, is a substantial rise in the cost of buying from your site.

Awful - it's been over a month and I haven't received my order, they do not reply to emails and the phone number on the website doesn't relate to the company. Do not use.
