Absolutely thrilled! Since 2020, I've been a loyal customer, purchasing multiple shirts and three suits. The quality of the cotton and wool fabrics never fails to impress. Jonathan consistently offers excellent support and quick responses.

I wasn’t sure how this was going to go as had never ordered a made to measure suit online before. However, I can honestly say that it was far easier than I thought it would be and with the great communications with Jon the whole process was seamless (no pun intended) !

The suit fitted perfectly and was great quality.

Jon, and The Drop were incredibly helpful in organising my groomsmen's wedding tuxedos. With 6 groomsmen spread across three countries (UK, UAE, and Australia), I was initially concerned about potential delays or issues with alterations. However, Jon managed all communications with no issues. The tuxedos were really excellent quality, fitting each groomsman perfectly despite varying body shapes, and they all arrived on time. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Very happy! I have been a customer since 2020, i bought several shirts and 3 suits. Always very happy, the fabrics, cotton and wool, are very high quality. Jonathan is very responsive and supportive.

Really happy with my wedding suits. Ordered 5 for me and my groomsmen and they arrived in just under 3 weeks all fitting perfectly. The service was very helpful throughout and the measurement guide easy to follow.

Wonderful experience throughout. Reached out to the guys at The Drop in Feb to get some suits for the big day. I had left it very last minute and they managed to turn them around in just over 2 weeks. They guided me through the at home measurement process and the suits came back fitting perfectly. Really friendly and proactive service too. I also had lots of lovely compliments from my guests which was a massive bonus. Thanks so much

The team were on hand initially to help me take my own measurements which made the process really quite easy.

I have ordered 2 suits now from The Drop (1 for my wedding and another for work). Both suits arrived fitting perfectly and without any need for adjustments. Also really happy with the quality. Great suits at a great price.

I bought a light suit from these guys for a wedding and it was spot on. They helped me pick out the right style and with my measurements, delivered a perfectly fitting suit a few weeks later! No need for any tweaks. Super happy with how it turned out!

I purchased a three-piece navy suit along with a blazer. The ordering process was seamless and I am really impressed that the suit fit first time without needing any alterations to it. I will definitely be ordering again in the future as The Drop provides great suits at a great price.

Johnathan was incredibly helpful and responsive and kindly send me a fabric sample so I could be sure of the colour. I hope to order soon.

I cannot recommend The Drop enough, the suit I’ve received it absolutely top notch.
The fit is absolutely perfect: I usually struggle with getting suits to fit. Having a more muscular build means I usually have to buy a massive suit to allow it to fit my shoulders/arms/legs and then get it tailored to fit properly. The issue with this is that it’s never really perfect.
This is not the case with my suit from the drop, my suit fits like a glove! 10/10
The quality of the material is good: considering the price at £499 for a 2 piece bespoke suit I had my suspicions about the quality, but the quality is great, the same you’d expect from a professional bespoke suit service. No imperfections in the stitching anywhere.
Delivery: I’m sure this will improve as the company gets bigger, however considering it’s a bespoke suit, I think 6 weeks is fine. We were quoted 5 but they had issues with delivery. I’d recommend paying for speedy delivery if you need it faster.
Communication: limited given early stages of the business, not many automated emails letting us know the stage of the process re. Designed, being made, shipped, out for delivery etc. however their customer service is very good at replying if you want an update on your order.

In summary I cannot recommend the drop enough. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Make the measurements right, make sure to follow the instructions and you will get a suit that fits you like a glove! Very satisfied, communication 10/10! Will order more suits.

My suit arrived today and the only word I can use is FANTASTIC. Measurements were 100% spot on, I bugged Jonathan with loads of questions all through the process and he graciously responded by return - brilliant experience, I WILL be back!! Thank you very much!
