Great store discounts

Great store discounts. I bought a wrong sized heels from EOS on the DOM, (rrp $199 for $71 plus delivery, coz it had an extra 20% off on the Dom, the EOS site shows $119 on Black Friday discount, cray good deal) easy to purchase, and return (was not final sale), didn’t have to print anything, just showed the QR code at Aus post, got my refund (less postage) like within 3 days of posting it.

Would buy from them again if I know my sizing better

Note that when they say selling fast, might not have to rush, because like yes the next day there was no more sizes, then a couple of days later more sizes returned (could be from the store end, or a marketing ploy)

Bonna handled my issue with a great deal of care and professionalism. Although I was unable to receive my desired item, and the process took some time, I am grateful for exceptional customer service.

I had the best experience with The DOM

I had the best experience with The DOM! Great price on Adidas speziale sneakers.
And then I received the best service from Jocelyn in Customer service, as I had to reach out to them with a query.

I would definitely shop with them again and I’d recommend them to friends and family!

My order didn’t sync with the system?

I placed an order about 5 days ago, and I’m really nervous after reading some of the other reviews. I got a confirmation email, But haven’t heard anything since. Another review said their order didn’t Sync with the system, and I’m worried that’s what happened with my order.

I had purchased a shoe in the wrong size and customer service (Jocelyn) was quick to respond to my requests and refund was made in quick turn around. Really appreciate her great assistance in this matter.

I had a return that needed to back to Adidas. The team helped me by providing practical and easy way to return the item, I believe they needed to liaise with Adidas to do this. Then when the item was sent back and received by Adidas and I had not yet received the refund, Jocelyn organised for this to be done. Thank you for making this a smooth process.

A Good Experience

I am very happy with my purchase. I returned the first article (trousers) when I found they were too small. No problem with that procedure which happened very quickly and efficiently. I was then able to order the correct size. The article arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thank you.

I have sent back a pair of shoes that…

I have sent back a pair of shoes that were too small I was told I would be getting a refund I sent the shoes in an overnight express bag no response to either receiving and no refund too date
I am reluctant to purchase from this company again
The sad news is I would love to order another pair

Ordered shoes over two weeks ago and…

Ordered shoes over two weeks ago and they're still yet to be shipped. Got an email saying they were going to "take longer than expected" with no indication of why or how long that might be, have chased them up and still waiting to hear back. Going to cut my losses and just ask for my money back
