Absolutely love this company. Delivery is very quick and smooth, the meat is so good my dogs love it and ive tried lots of companies before. So yes im very impressed and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been feeding the Dogs Butcher to both of my tiny terror's now aged 8 Lil Dude & Rudie almost 6 since i brought them home, they are small breeds Shih tzu & PomChi; I have never regretted deciding to go raw; The dogs love the quality and the variety on offer and we we have tried others. The customer services is fast and friendly and I can only recommend them to anyone and everyone interested in feeding there animals a healthy species appropriate diet. Ordering online is easy, fast and secure. Delivery is by DPD or you can collect from there store if you live local.

I started my pup on this food a week after bringing her home . She thrives on it . Tried a few different brands but my pup doesn’t like them as much and I feel The Dogs Butcher food is better quality . I also love the range - there is a lot to choose from .
Very easy to order and had absolutely no issues . The food comes promptly and is packaged perfectly.

Moved over to the dogs butcher from DAF due to most DAF minces having too much bone and large pieces.Dogs butcher is delivered by DPD, promptly and with no problems so far. Even with delivery charge the price per kilo is competitive and the quality is really good. Dogs thriving on it and there is a good selection of proteins. Happy I moved to this raw food

We have a working collie now fourteen years old, she has lived most of her life on kibble and processed food. Determined to do the very best for her in retirement we slowly introduced her to Dogs Butcher raw beef mince.
The difference is remarkable! She has lovely shiny coat, sweet breath and a lot more energy than you would expect at her age, she insists on still working her sheep. I have found the company excellent in all my dealings with them and can thoroughly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with the The Dogs Butchers, while there was a slight hiccup with delivery as the courier took it elsewhere, they responded to my emails quickly and raised an investigation.

The driver came back with my goods and everything was still frozen which was perfect.

I cannot thank them enough for their service and I will be using them again in future.

Was told by the courier company that they couldn't deliver as goods were perishable.
Called and asked for a refund and was rudely told I had to email.

Won't be using again.
Having just seen their reply reinforces how enept they are. Any review that is not what the expect they go on a rant.
And there are enough bad ones.

Raw food always arrives perfectly from this company, the meat looks good, smells good. Always turns up still frozen. Any query you have is swiftly handled.

Have been using Butchers tins for breakfast for years we have 3 Weimaraner’s perfect in every way - never upset tummy - (they have raw at night )
Great value at Costco too - highly recommend !

I don't know this place existed until yesterday, i went to order my normal rabbit from and it was out of stock, so i checked my other place and they had rabbit but not the rest i wanted. Not ideal when i needed a Christmas order for my ferrets.
So a Google search popped up this place and i thought oh i will just do a small order to see me through and see if they was any good.
Placed my order yesterday morning and thought let's see.
24 hours later it's arrived
All looks great equally as good as i normally use a few things look better.
Packaging great, the prices was good and the ferrets all war danced about the box excitedly so i guess it smelt good to them lol
So really really pleased thank you and i will pop back in be year and order the dogs stuff as well.
Highly recommend.

Have been using this company for years now and they're just the best!!
Fabulous fresh meat, fantastic quality and my dogs just love it. Over the years have tried other brands, just for a change for the dogs, but they totally prefer this company.
Nothing is ever too much for them if you've got a question and they'll go out of their way to get the order to you in time. I'm in a 48hour delivery zone, all the way up north in Scotland, and never once has there been a problem in all those 7 years! Not even in hot weather; well packed and still frozen on arrival. Hats off to them all.

Amazing dog butchers! My little furry child absolutely loves this mince! They offer everything needed for her complete RAW food diet, fast delivery and excellent customer service!

First order my dog loves it. Good mix of variety and looks high quality meat. only reason for 4 stars was due to damaged packaging of some of the meat containers looks like box may have been dropped at some point

On line Ordering very easy, confirmation order immediately received, when packed ready informed, Packed well by Dex (Does it need extra packaging, probably not), DPD confirm expecting from TDB, DPD confirm receipt, DPD give accurate time of delivery, DPD drivers always good. I have been using The Dogs Butcher for about a year. The service is always excellent and the delivery by DPD is always quick and on time. The meat supplied has always been of good quality and our dog loves it.

Been using the company on and off for years and seen them grow during my time using tdb moving premises, trying to find reliable courtiers and consulting customers on what packaging to use to be as sustainable as possible while trying to stay as environmentally friendly as possible and during it all I have experienced great customer service and help and nothing has been to much trouble for them I would recommend this company and quality of food to anyone wishing to feed raw properly. They don't cut corners with their products like most other companies and tdb are true pioneers in the raw food world making it easy to do with trusted quality
