Arrived on time - my dog loves the food

I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years, both online and visiting the shop, and there is nowhere else I woukd trust feeding my dogs.

I cannot recommend The Dogs Butcher enough! After a very traumatic incident earlier this year, my dog Koda has been recovering from serious health issues. Since trying the raw packs they sent for trial, and following their incredible guidance and advice every step of the way, I’ve already started seeing real improvement.

Easy to order quick delivery but most import t dogs love it

Great service, great products!

Delivery came late in evening most packs had defrosted threw 2 bags away.

The meat arrived solid frozen, great quality.

However, limited choices as often Sold Out of some meats. I realise that this is a supply and demand situation but then have to compromise on choices.

Bit of a hiccup when the company changed hands early in 2025 and the quality suffered, however my concerns were listened to and my recent order reflected that and the quality is once again top drawer.

I have been purchasing my dog's raw food from the Dog's Butcher for at least the last 14 years. Throughout that time the quality and variety has been second to none. The minces are nice and chunky and you can see the quality of the meat used. Other manufacturers minces are so fine that it turns the meat into an unrecognisable goop. Not with the Dog's Butcher raw food. My dog loves her chunky Raw mixes and the beautiful chunks of meat and bones we get from the Dog's Butcher. The variety is great too esoecially as my dog has a bad chicken allergy, with the Dog's Butcher i can easily avoid Chicken and pick a lovely wide variety of different proteins that she can tolerate.

My orders are always delivered on time and our lovely driver (Dorset/ Hampshire deluvery run) texts me his eta so I know exactly when to expect him. He is always very friendly, pleasant and helpful.

I highly recommend the Dog's Butcher, have done for years and will continue to do so.
