That took a turn
Initially my first contact was pleasant and polite. I expresses what I initally wanted but also that I was requesting the design on behalf of someone else. Unfortunately from my end, this person decided to pause - which is of no fault of the Designovators. When reconnecting with the project manager of the case Jason Pinto, and I explained that the customer "ghosted" so I won't be moving forward - the tone changed and became very rude. When I pointed that out - there was a simple "thankyou". Even if/when I were to redo a design, I would not go back here just based of this interaction.
