This is the third or fourth time I've submitted a review for this transaction. Deducted a star because I keep being asked to leave more reviews!
Items were alright. 2 were ok. One wae poor. They replaced the poor one and pointed out that in nature, things are not always "perfect". However, if they're selling things that grow for free in nature, they should only be selling the ones that appear "perfect".

Excellent service from stsrt to finish,easy transactions online and ease of navigation on the Web page. Delivery was swift and well packaged but not that you couldn't get into it 🤭 They kept me in the loop with estimated delivery and emails with precise delivery schedule. Item was just what I needed and came with its own wooden reel which was a bonus, looks good even when not using. My only criticism,when I went back to order some more, they had added postage. In the first instance the postage was free 🤨
