What a glorious company to do business…

What a glorious company to do business with .
I bought two Reindeer Forest Advent Landscapes which were seconds .
To me they are just gloriously individual and it is the Danes honesty that so impressed .
Arriving gift wrapped they are ready to give to my family to start the build up to Christmas 2025 on Monday .

If Christmas follows as it is starting it will be a fantastic month .

I have never ordered from The Danes…

I have never ordered from The Danes before but saw candle products in an interiors magazine.
Beautiful decorations for the home and in my case, to give as Christmas gifts. Reasonably priced items came carefully and attractively wrapped and with a few days of placing an order. I will order from you again and have shared my discovery of your shop with friends. Thank you.

Sent wrong items, STILL no refund!

Sent the wrong colour of decorations and now won’t respond to my emails asking for correct colour. Party ruined, TERRIBLE customer service.
UPDATE 21.10.25: After updating here because i didn't receive a refund, i received a full refund of whole order - thank you!

So sorry to have missed your initial message, we sent a reply yesterday. We apologise for the delay in getting back to you.

I am really sorry, but having checked our stock it seems that our supplier has changed the colour - it still have the same code for the hot pink but it now appears more as a rose pink colour for which I apologise.
I have arranged for a refund.

I'm really sorry you have had a poor experience shopping with The Danes, we always try our very best but as with all things in life, sometimes things don't go according to plan. I have just looked at the order and it looks like there was an error, the refund and return label was issued but incomplete hence it was still pending. We will refund the full order and hope this makes up a little for the trouble you have had w your order. Please accept our apologies, we are a small business and really do try very hard to offer a great service and we genuine do care if we fail in this and always always try our best to put it right again.
