Order received, but too late.and here no contact number such as WhatsApp or ph no.

Craze is a fraud online company ...not refunding my money ...no product sent ...Its simply shameful on their part.I am surprised so many bad reviews and no legal action taken against the onlise shopping site.

they cut you off completely. I am convinced this is a fake website and a big scam. Money wasted.

Too bad zero stars isn't an option. Or else that's what I would've given. They are a fraud website. Inspite of numerous follow up emails, product which has been delayed for over a month, hasn't been delivered. Who knows if it will ever come. Apparently it came from abroad and got sent back. We haven't recieved a refund not a reply from their scam team. Please stay away and save your money.

Order made 3 February 2026 I got parcel 21 march 2026. Product quality is OKAY. YOUR PATIENCE WILL HELP YOU TO GET THE PRODUCT. CRAZE DELIVERED THE PRODUCT WITHIN 6 MONTHS.

I ordered a cap from Thecraze.in for Rs. 1004.05, but they sent me a cheap, low-quality duplicate that is completely unwearable.
There is no return policy provided on their website, and there is no customer care contact information available to reach them. They are intentionally scamming customers by sending fake products and then cutting off all communication.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is a total scam. I am reporting this to the National Consumer Helpline and Cyber Crime portal. Please save your money and stay away!

fake website. i ordered sauna top and its been 2 months after full payment and didn’t receive my order.

The craze.in is obviously a fraudulent company. The products never reach us. But I am more concerned about the company which takes the payment, Glocom Exports Pvt Ltd. It is a registered company and very much active with people like Yuvraj Eswaran on the Executive Board. He features on YouTube, etc as a promising Entrepreneur. But why is he behind a bogus company? Why is no one looking into his dealings? What kind of scam is afoot? People pl add on your experiences. Let us get this company and its owners black listed.
I have been doing some research on my own and there is another site The Bling Queen which is run by these fraudsters. There might be more. People pl forward this so that others people can be cautious.

There is no update for my order delivery, even after the expected date of delivery. I have followed up thrice now. Based on other reviews, I am sure my money has to rest in peace. :)

SCAM! placed an order with them 3 weeks ago and no updates or responses to customer support

I received the item I orderered for on 27 October 2025, today. ie 4 February 2026. The customer care is terrible. There is no phone number and there will be no reply to emails. So much so one feels the website is a scam and one has been cheated. Looks like many customers are sailing in the same boat and have not received their orders. Craze.in should be pulled down or shut for not being accountable. Whatever the issue, there should be transparency, proper communication and no inconvenience to the customer. Craze like any professional ecommerce firm should have a dedicated customer care helpline/ phone number. The glocom senior management are respected individuals (from their linkedin profiles) and this is how the company/ firm is run. It is quite appalling.

I booked an item from them on 22.12.25.
Delivery time was given between 01.01.26 and 12.01.26.
I write 3 emails to them including obe today, but never received any feedback ir reply.
I am sure that i had been scammed.
I hope that this mail will stop some people from gettinf scammed by these people.

Theifs I ordered on the 16th December still never received my order do not trust this website they sent me on email after I complained saying that I will receive my order on the 16th January and not fruther reply. Do not trust this company at all.

I think this is a scam brand....I have not yet received my orders from them after a delay of almost 2 months and they are not even responding on the customer support mail id. I need a refund urgently

This site is a SCAM. Please don't purchase anything from here. I have not received my order, and it's now over 5 months. They have stopped responding to my email. They don't have a telephone number to reach out to.

I purchased a product from thecraze on 8 Jan 2026. No tracking code, no updates even after 5–6 days. Checked Google Shopping & Trustpilot—many users report the same. This website looks like a complete scam. Please don’t buy anything from them. 🚨
