I ordered this phone case and it was delivered well over a month later, with them blaming this on a delay with the shipping company. During this time, I requested a refund as I assumed it was lost and was refused. Once it finally arrived, I already had my new case so contacted them multiple times to send it back and get a refund and still I have no response. Avoid this company
Still haven’t received my order yet I ordered it the beginning of February 2026
Cases never arrived and the costumer service is not replying to my emails.
Took weeks to arrive.
I emailed their customer service for support because of the long wait, and was ignored.
When it did arrive, it was of such poor quality. The print on the case was awful and barely visible. Not to mention how flimsy the case itself felt.
My existing phone case from Amazon that cost me £10 is better than this. And I paid double the price.
Avoid wasting your money and shop elsewhere.
I payed 20 dollars mind you it was even on sale, but the case comes in a small plastic bag, super low quality print and literally 100% from Temu or something. Besides that it also took them over 1.5 months to ship it
Ordered a case for my daughter’s birthday well over 3 weeks ago . Still waiting , emailed multiple times to be told “ it’s out of their hands “ as a company no delivery delay is out of their hands !! I have asked for a refund and been refused !
Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't recieved my order. Just asked for a refund, so let's see if they respond. Such a shame, because they have some lovely cases and could make a good profit from them if they didn't take so long to ship/not deliver.
They Are a scam. Dont Order here. I haven‘t gotten my Order and Customer Service isnt answering either.
