Professional from beginning to end of my order and delivery. Tasted the Berryman's on day of arrival. Saving the rest for my 85th birthday next week to share with close friends of similar age!
Delighted with the one pasty tasted so far. Thank you from an elderly Cornishman now in rural Warwickshire after a career in the city!

The pasties I purchased were delivered fast and efficient and on time and very well packed and I would have given 5 stars but for 1 problem
I ordered 3 different types / filling to the pasties and they arrived in separate blue bags / but there is nothing to tell which ones are which

I connected with their online help line bug despite 3 times all I got was they were busy and after almost 2 hours I gave up

I suggest a label on each bag stating what the contents are…

I keep coming back for more. Enough said

Unfortunately our pasties arrived a day late in a wet and gooey mess. I have emailed twice to complain but not had a response.
I get the hot weather, but would expect a better response.

Excellent product, delivery in Jablite case all still frozen with the help of 2 freeze blocks. They look great too.

I had 12 vegan pasties delivered and they arrived on time and packaged in a suitable way for frozen food-this was in the heatwave so essential to get that right! Also, they are SO good. Flavour and texture are perfect and, unlike a lot of other pasties, there’s a good balance of filling to pastry. Love them.

It’s not east to find really nice gluten free items bread and pastry often have an unpleasant texture. These pasties were perfect. They had lovely crisp pastry and a super spicy filling. I cooked them for a picnic and everyone was delighted as we had them warm. Perfect for a Summer evening.

There is a good selection of both pasty makers and fillings. The service from the company regarding ordering and delivery is straightforward with responsive customer service.

I have had exemplary help from James he is a very polite young man. My husband and I love these traditional Cornish pasties and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Delayed delivery with my order... courier problems.
However one email and a replacement order sent out at a time I knew I'd be around, this time courier was punctual.
Returning customer and the quality is 100% reliable and super tasty.

My Pasties were well packaged and arrived slightly earlier than expected which was great and the pastys are delicious and made in the traditional Cornish way .

Love this outlet. Bought some Prima pasties and can confirm they are the absolute best cornish pasties we have tasted. Will order more soon. They were delivered within 24 hours overnight. So impressed 👏

We had two deliveries, one from the Cornish oven, which we did not rate very highly due to the meat being chunks, but in fairness that was not how i rememebr the pasties from when we used to sell them in our shop, but then we had another order from Prima bakeries which were far better in our opnion, The meat was minced how it should be and how i remember ours were when we sold them, so far every recipe we have tried from Prima has been good, the pepper steak pasties so far are my favourite

Bought the St Agnes Steak pasty’s as a gift for someone who grew up in Cornwall. He said they are perfect.
Delivered in the time specified, to a remote Welsh village!

As usual the pasties were great. I had an issue with the delivery company APC used by The Cornish Pastie store in that they delivered my pasties 24 hours late and they had defrosted and were ruined. A quick phone call to the Cornish Pastie Company and the issue was resolved straight away. They delivered another order this time using Royal Mail as opposed to APC. Fantastic customer service on the part of the Cornish Pastie company and No points to APC who really weren't interested. I have been a customer of the pastie company for a few years now and this was the first time I had a delivery problem. I will continue to order more pasties from these folks.

Don’t buy any pasty’s from this supplier. Their chosen delivery company APC DO NOT delivery the next day. They are sending frozen goods and they must be kept frozen otherwise they will perish. I’ve had several orders where the delivery has been delayed by two to four days. I emailed customer services several times asking for help/refund/replacement the last time it happened but they ignore my requests. So be warned

I often order frozen pasties from The Cornish Pasty Store and they are always delicious. My latest order the courier was poor keeping the pasties in transit for 48 hours not the usual 24 or less. I contacted the store (James) who agreed this was to long and without hesitation arranged a fresh replacement order. A fine example of outstanding service 👏🏻👏🏻
