I was very disappointed that my order never arrived especially as it was for a 70th Birthday present and I had to get something else at the last minute.

Fantastic hampers. Ive ordered 4 in the last few weeks. Great prices for what you get. Keep you up to date with delivery. Everyone ive order for have loved them

Delivered on time and still frozen, six delicious pasties.

Ordered the Fathers' Day afternoon tea hamper which arrived on the day which I was really happy with. Excellent service. The quality of the produce was 100% from the tasty pasties bulging with meat down to the tea bags. The service was first rate as were the contents. First class all round. Will be ordering some more pasties in the near future. Thank you to everyone. Fantastic company, service & products.

I ordered a Father's Day hamper, with pasties, on 18 June for delivery on 20th June to my elderly father. It didn't show up on the 20th or the 21st. It was eventually delivered on Mon 22 June (the day after Father's Day) having been damaged in transit. Royal Mail had clearly dropped something on it, causing the flimsy cardboard box to rip open. Consequently there was no jam in there (presumably smashed as there were jam smears inside), and inedible pasties and clotted cream as it had been sat in a warehouse in boiling Britain for over 4 days. The parcel stank too. So it all went in the bin. After 3 emails and 7 days, I eventually got a quick email apology and a refund. I realise Royal Mail are equally to blame here, but the packaging is so poor, I imagine this happens quite a lot. A very disappointing experience.

The biscuits and cream tea was lovely. However the spices in the pasty was overpowering. Do much so it made my dad poorly. I believe it was the quantity of pepper. I did reach out to customer care to check on this. However support was disappointing.

Ordered a Father’s Day gift which was initially delayed, after making contact with them they said they would deliver following day only to deliver to the wrong address! This meant my dad did not get a Father’s Day present! Asked for refund on 20/6 & still waiting on 29/6 for my refund to process? I have had to chase this & 10 emails later they suddenly offered me a partial refund & a redelivery? How can that be when they have told me they have made a full refund? The whole episode has been an absolute disgrace & I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I’m now having to get my bank involved to get my refund. Avoid this company.

Have brought from the Cornish Company a few times. The cream teas are always very fresh upon arrival. Always buy as presents and everyone says they thoroughly enjoy them. Have just sent my son the pasty and cider one for his birthday. Said it was the best he had tasted.

Unfortunately it's 2 days past delivery date and still not delivered.

I loved that I was able to order some of my favourites individually. Site easy to navigate, ordering is a doddle. Communication and delivery spot on! Delighted with quality and value. Can't wait to place my next order!

Did not deliver on time for Father’s Day.
Then delivered a day late with goods that had been in the van overnight in extremely hot conditions. Reported and got an apology & refund.

I have used cornish hampers quite a few times now to send gifts to friends and family when iam in cornwall as a gift from Cornwall.
Everyone has told me how prompt the service was and above all how great the products are.

Hamper arrived on time.Used this company 3 times now and have never been let down.Ordered Pasties this time and they were great!

Overall happy with the gift package I bought for my Dad’s Father’s Day gift, however, he did say that clotted cream did not taste very fresh and was fairly hard. The package also arrived the day after the delivery date I requested on the form, which wasn’t ideal, so if you are ordering it for a special date, I would advise selecting the day or two beforehand, just in case it arrives late.

Delivery as predicted. Excellent quality of all the food.

The clotted cream tea arrived on the right day & was delicious! The freezer gel pack was a very welcome surprise in the current heatwave. However, the packaging was crushed (fortunately the scones were not broken) when handed to me by the delivery agent, which made it impossible to wrap up for my wife's birthday

Food supplied was excellent and delivered in a professional manner

I love how easy it is to view their hampers online and select the one that catches my eye the best wether it is for me, a family member or friend I can have delivered with a lovely note of my own wording to go with it.
Payment is quick and painless.
Delivery is fast and efficient.

The scones are a yummy treat to enjoy alfresco I find, if weather permitting.

The pasties are quick to cook/heat up in the oven as per the instructions.
