Easy to order, notified when it was being dispatched (I'd forgotten I'd forgotten I'd ordered it too so it was a lovely surprise 😄

Brought a hamper with pastys for father's day for my dad, he was over the moon when it was delivered, he has been throughly spoilt he said. The website was easy to order and delivery was spot on.

Delivered on time as reuested, well wrapped and value for money.

I ordered a few weeks ago for delivery on 19th June for Fathers day. APC , the couriers, said mid morning they couldn't deliver until Monday. When I contacted Cornish Hamper Store they said I would be upgraded and get the delivery on Saturday. This didn't happen and when I contacted APC they said they couldn't help and to raise the issues with the hamper company. They have ignored all my attempts to contact them. The hamper arrived on Monday afternoon having been in transit since Thursday. I had to replace the scones and cream as they would not be fit to eat. There was nothing in the box to keep anything cool and fresh which was another disappointment. All in all, I would rate the company as very poor and would say to any future customers to go elsewhere.

My daughter paid £37 for Father’s Day hamper
Box was delivered late and damaged
Scones crushed stale and unusable
Cream was solid and unusable
Pasties no use by date just a note to use within 5 days of delivery, if it’s late what does that mean?
So I’m left with a small pot of jam and a few tea bags.
I have asked my daughter to never buy this again.

My niece bought a hamper for my father. Lovely thought. The pasty though was rock hard. When my niece phoned to complain on his behalf, she was advised they would give her a 15% off her next order.Needless to say, she wont be using them again.

Unfortunately zero stars isnt a rating option.
My birthday hamper arrived three days late during the heatwave. So no birthday surprise. When it arrived everything was hot, the clotted cream had separated and the pasties were inedible. There was no cooling material in the packaging apart from a loose wafer thin piece of foil which was completely ineffective and it too was hot. What a waste of money. I hope my daughter gets a full refund as I've had no response to my complaint

The box looks as if it has been stamped on. All items in hamper soaking wet - all unedible. Even the tea bags were spoilt!!!!!
Absolutely ruined what should have been a lovely experience!!!!
Spoken to Customer service only offered a refund, part refund and new hamper or 25% off another hamper!!!!

Stuck for a gift for the dad who owns everything and this was the perfect fix. The pasties were a really good size with a tasty filling and the cream team after was the perfect treat to say Happy Fathers Day. Ordering was simple and straightforward with clear details for each option, delivery was well track and on time. Would definitely use them again

My husband received a lovely hamper from our son for Father’s Day. With pasties cream tea and bottled beer. He was really impressed. We heated the pasties for dinner, they looked delicious but it wasn’t until we got 3/4 of the way through neither of us had any steak! Finally we both found two very small pieces near one end that was more like mince. This was very disappointing indeed as they were sold as ‘steak pasties’. The next day we had the cream tea, the scones were great as was the cream but the jam in cute little pots was very runny, even though they had been kept in the fridge, and ran off the scone before we could eat it.
I think for the price charged these things could have been better!

Hamper was a father's day gift ordered 3 weeks in advance. Hamper should have arrived on Friday but didn't arrive until Monday after father's day. To make matters worse, the pasties were mouldy when they arrived.
I emailed on Saturday and Monday and called being put through to leave a message. I even chased the courier company. It's now late on Monday night and I have not heard back from anyone.
Not great service so far.

Father’s Day Gift ordered to arrive on Friday but had an email to state they were running late and it would arrive Saturday. No live tracking operational on Sat and then received an email to say they would not be delivering the present again. Emailed Cornish hamper team twice no response. Subsequently no gift for Father’s Day so had to make very last minute plans. Parcel arrived today which is too late as the special day has passed however no response to emails sent to Cornish hamper on Saturday so have emailed for a third time. Will not be using again so disappointing.

Easy to order. Great communication throughout. Arrived on time. Children gave the box to their Dad straight away who was over the moon.
The scones were eaten almost straight away. . . They were delicious as was the clotted cream and jam.
He tackled a Cornish pasty later in the day, and said it was like a full meal! I may have nibbled on a slab of the pastry. . . Oh my! Absolutely mouth watering. . .

I would give zero stars if I could. Delivery was arranged for Friday in plenty of time for Father’s Day, On Friday I receive a message to say delivery has moved to Saturday. Saturday evening I get a further message advising there was going to be no delivery that day. So dad had no present to open. I emailed CHS Saturday evening asking for a refund. Throughout Monday I was checking my emails and there was absolutely no acknowledgement. I ended up ringing them, I didn’t even get an apology, all I had from lackadaisical Amelia was everything is done apart from refunding you, whatever that means, but anyway, great, thanks for that. Like another reviewer, I thought they might have offered another hamper and my money back. Meanwhile I’m still waiting for my money to land back into my account. What a total shambles. CHS you need to train your staff in customer service!

I ordered a Cornish hamper as a birthday present to be delivered on Friday 19th June.
It has been delivered today 22nd June which is extremely disappointing and has ruined the surprise.
A good idea but unfortunately will not be done again.

Got as a Fathers gift for my husband and he was really pleased. Said the pastries and the scones were really good.

Item not delivered. Paid for guaranteed fathers day delivery and still not received it. Filled a contact form in and called and left a voicemail and cant get through to anyone appalling service

I ordered a hamper for my Dad for Fathers day. It failed to arrive on the specified day. Received a text to say it would arrive the following day and it didn't. I had no other correspondence . My parents waited in for two days for it to be delivered. Communication very poor. I sent an email to which i received no response. I eventually had to ring them up when they re-opened on the Monday and think the least they could have done is arrange for another hamper to be delivered and give me a full refund but they would only offer me a £5 refund so i have gone elsewhere! Terrible customer service.

Excellent company and great products. Delivery on time for Father’s Day.
