Christmas Day Debacle Disgrace
This restaurant was so bad on Christmas Day 2024 that it did not rate even one star.
The table was booked and food paid for months ahead.
The service was poor, though the servers did their best, because the kitchens were slow getting the food out; that is what we were told. Diners were serving tables, servers were in tears, manageress in tears because diners had been "let down". Incorrect food orders, running out of pre orders.
Nothing reimbursed, no apology from owners. An absolute disgrace.
The day was ruined.

Great location but..
Great location and generally good food but a very long wait of over an hour for any food and long delays between courses. Long wait for drinks. Serving staff were pleasant and clearly could see the problem but unable to do anything to improve the service for which an automatic 10% charge is added. Thinking we were taking our visitors to a premium establishment we were severely disappointed with the mediocre experience.
