Not all changes are good
I have bought and loved the nightshirts you sell, and when I got an email about a sale, I bought two. They are several inches longer than the originals, and I feel as if they would be appropriate as a casket garment.
Nothing indicated this change had been made, nor did the illustrative picture of them on the website.
I am too busy to return them, and I am trying to decide if I will take them to someone to hem them.

Good Quality But Out-Of-Stock Wait Time Issues
I've purchased several times from this company. The quality and stewardship seem good. The pain point is their ability to manufacture products in a reasonable time frame. For example, one sheet set wasn't in stock but I ordered anyway to take advantage of Black Friday pricing. Since then, I've received several emails pushing back the delivery date until late July—that's an 8 month wait. Perhaps if they manufactured the sheets in the USA, rather than India, this could be avoided.
Also, the "Comfort Rewards" feature isn't very useful because by the time you might want to re-order something, your points will have expired (12-months). It's easier to wait for Labor Day or Black Friday sales.

The website was misleading
The website was misleading. When ordering it said if it was an End of Season Sale you got up to 70% off and an additional 25%. I called customer service and was told only 25% even though in my cart it said You qualify for for End of Sale.
Even if it was only 10% off and then 25% it would have been an accurate statement but it wasn't. Advertising that and not following through once an order is placed is bad business.

I ordered two duvet covers on November 27th and was charged for the order on December 1st. It's December 25th and the order tracking system still lists my order as pending approval. No excuse for taking my money and not delivering a product. This is theft, plain and simple. I have submitted a refund request via email.
