Very bad experience! Don't buy .
It's surely a scam. I ordered couple of cases 15 days ago and no sign of it yet.... no message not email or intimation of the order and even if I email the reply comes after days... Very disappointed!!!!!

They accidentally send me the wrong phone cases. Initially I panicked after seeing such bad reviews in here but eventually they rectified this after a couple of emails and send me the right ones. The cases are beautiful and seem of a good quality.

Their 100% refund policy is fake. They don't reply to emails or instagram dms even after two months of continuous attempts to politely ask for the refund, they keep ignoring. My phone cover got damaged just after a few days—while charging the design of the phone cover got crumpled by itself. It's been almost two months but there is no reply to the texts or emails and there is no refund.

The product is horrible. Such a bad printing. You can see the stripes of the printer. I would do better at home. Don't waste your time and money

It's been more than 2 weeks yet the case has not arrived nor any reply from the company. No customer support AT ALL! I do not recommend anyone to order from this site.

Beware of this company, it's a scam. I ordered a phone case to an address in Portugal and never received it. When I complained, they said there was a problem with the address, so when they offered a free voucher to place a new order, I gave them another address, but I still never received the phone case. I asked for a refund, but they say they can't do it.

Beware. Item missing from delivery. As this product comes from abroad and takes ages I requested a refund as a replacement would arrive too late. Customer service is terrible. It’s all automated so no sign of refund. Just endless repetitive emails from a bot. The products themselves are low quality as well.

Case rush is fraud. Prepaid order placed but no status since 15 days. No reply to emails and phone nos are fake. Beware DO NOT ORDER FROM CASE RUSH

The case ordered was around 400 rs - a silicon case with a design print. The cover started peeling in less than a week, and it's just getting words.

Delivery takes a little time due to it being customised and well they’re using delhivery as their partner… I like the cases quality and I’d say it was a nice experience

No updates on my order . It's been more than 10 days now. Worst experience . Tried contacting the no. provided and found it's a fake scam number.

They dont respond to emails and the number is unreachable. They sent my order to some random address in Chennai. And iv been trying to reach them for a refund or delivery to correct address. Should have checked earlier trust pilot reviews before ordering. Its a fraud company. Doesn't exist in real

Trash Website they will never deliver anything

I made an order with them (Order ID: TCC103284) and I have not recieved any updates. They just took my money and vanished. Tried reaching out to them on Instagram and no update. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE. IT ALL LOOKS CUTE AND PRETTY BUT THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU.

I yesterday ordered a phone cover from their insta page, actually earlier also i have been scammed by some gift company on insta but I thought case company would be different owing to its no. of followers n stuff. But they scammed me, no reply nothing and they are just deleting my comment over insta....I wish the worst for them. Never buy from them, wish i learnt my lesson earlier only, but from now on will buy nothing from instagram evaaa...

I had ordered a phone cover 2 weeks back and i still have not received it. I tried contacting the company on instagram where they promised to deliver the case at first, but ultimately just blocked my account. They have stolen my money and just avoided the situation by blocking me.

I ordered 3 phone cases with pop up grip and it was a prepaid order of Rs 796. After days of trying to pickup the Delivery cancelled the shipping. I tried reaching the the case company for any update via email, phone, DM and comment, however, they are not replying to any of them. Complete fraud!!!!

THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
They sell POOR QUALITY cases. I got 2 soft silicone cases and paint from both cases started chipping off from the 2nd day and by a week usage 50% paint already came off.

They won't answer your emails forget about any refund. Don't waste your money buy mobile case from elsewhere.

I ordered 3 phone cases from The Case Company but they only delivered 2. The third case was never sent, and despite sending multiple emails and Instagram DMs, I received no response at all.

They delete negative reviews and comments on their social media, which means they are misleading customers and hiding genuine complaints. Their customer service is non-existent, and they do not care once they have your money.

This is clearly a scam company. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from them unless you want to lose your money and deal with constant frustration.
