Tried to order some products
Tried to order some products. Cart said there wasn’t enough of 2 items I needed to complete my order. Called to speak with CS directly. Agent I spoke with sounded like it was her first day on the job. Come to find out, there was more than enough items in stock to complete my order. At first I was told I had to order more of one item as it was only available in single case size (270 units). I only needed 175 units. Was then told I didn’t have to order 270 units and could get 175 instead. My time is valuable and I shouldn’t have to waste it talking to someone when your sire should work properly and not give misleading error messages that aren’t true.

I had expected an order of empty totes…
I had expected an order of empty totes by Thursday, Friday 7/17/2026 the latest.
I got a tracking number that did not work. Now it's been stated that I MIGHT get a new tracking number by Monday, 7/20/2026.
This was unacceptable and completely ruined the schedule for the task I was trying to accomplish on a multimillion dollar project, and now the customer wants money back due to the delayed timeline.

Your company had the exact product that I needed, and a great price too! Shipping was fast and was packaged well. The Cary Company will be my go to source for Black Plastic Ink containers from now on. I have been using these containers for almost 25 years to store my Naz Dar UV Ink, but my Supplier was bought out and the new Supplier doesn't carry the UV Ink Containers anymore. I still screen print a lot of Decals and I'm very happy that I still ca get what I need.
