Excellent delivery - quick and well packaged. I love these Christmas puddings. Fantastic to find nut-free, vegetarian puddings and with a great taste. I just have to buy one every year!

Have today received our latest purchase from Carved Angel. Very efficient service. They even called to say there would be a delay of a day or so on their delivery and gave a full explanation as to why.

Great service
Our parcels always arrive quickly and the items are always well packaged. However, on this occasion a jar of onion confit was damaged in transit. This is the first time in over 8 years of ordering from The Carved Angel, that this has happened. The customer service team were very helpful and quick to respond. Great service as usual.

The gentleman who phoned me back was so polite and helpful it was a pleasure to speak to him . The order came the next day and very impressed by the service. I am not great at online orders and had given up. Speaking to someone so obliging was refreshing.
I have just made another order s gift box for a 80 birthday present. Thankyou

Best preserves ever!
These are the best chutneys and preserves I’ve ever tasted (we particularly like the garlic ones and the fig ones). And their customer service is second to none. What’s more, they use this genuinely compostable filling material in the packaging. I wholeheartedly recommend The Carved Angel - give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
