Really great customer focused experience from start to finish. A thorough initial discussion on what I needed with professional advice, followed up promptly by quote and appointment date. I then added another item for cleaning and quote was amended promptly. On the day, Neil arrived as agreed, was friendly, polite and worked hard (on a very warm day!) and our sofas have come up a treat. They were embarrassingly filthy! Have received a follow up email with useful 'maintenance' advice. Would definitely recommend. Top class service.

MAGIC CARPET RIDE - My carpet is five years old and was looking dull and flat so I felt it was time for a deep clean. I consulted Check-a-trade on-line because of the protection it affords customers. I was delighted to find there the Carpet Cleaning Company who have won the Carpet Cleaning Company of the Year for London and South-east England Award for 2025/2026. They are also members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association and these accolades were enough to secure my trust in them. Once I reached out to them, they sent me the most detailed questions about the condition of my carpet and comprehensive information regarding the cleaning process which really impressed me. I was absolutely sold when they quoted a price that was much lower than another carpet cleaner that had no accreditations at all and who gave me no details about their business and what they provide so I knew I had found the very best and I booked them immediately. On the day of my appointment, a lovely, friendly and professional Gentle-man called James came and explained how he was going to restore my five year old carpet to its former glory. I was flabbergasted when after just 20 minutes he was finished and my main reception area and lounge carpet was bright, clean and the fibres plumped-up. The price was exactly what they had quoted me in the beginning and they had a 'chip and pin' machine with them. My carpet looked brand-new and it lifted the whole room and I was very happy and will only have my carpets cleaned by them in future. I experienced the ultimate 'magic carpet ride' to a perfectly revived carpet and recommend the Carpet Cleaning Company to every-one who wants their carpet 'magically' revived.

The carpet cleaning requested was to remove blood stains. The work resulted in a clean carpet. The individual who did the work was very thorough, courteous and went the extra mile. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I am so happy to recommend The Carpet Cleaning Company. Their communication is brilliant, even when I kept finding more and more things to be added to be cleaned after the initial quote. Niamh had endless patience. Neil who came to clean anything that was stationary in my house must be the hardest working man in the country. He worked solidly for hours and obviously takes great pride in his work. Neil also told me a couple of things that wouldn't come up much different and so rather than simply washing it he saved me money and said they weren't in the job to rip people off. Also some other companies I spoke to in the past wanted meterage of rooms etc. The Carpet Cleaning Company don't need you to expend that level of mind maths! Thank you again.

The technicians are lovely, professional people who do a thorough job and make sure their client is happy before they leave.
Niamh and the office staff are always promptly on hand for queries if there is an unexpected hiccough.
There is plenty of after care advice and the prices are very reasonable.
I’d be mad to look at another company … and no, I have no incentive to write this review other than flagging exemplary service.
