The support staff are always polite and…
The support staff are always polite and friendly. They pronounce their words clearly, and this counts a lot when speaking to people with different accents. They endeavour to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, offering solutions I did not think of at the time. Always wonderful to speak to them.

Feedback on Learning Experience
Learning through a combination of text, images and videos is much less tedious. Knowledge points are easier to understand and grasp. Overall, I think this way of learning is very good.

I haven't studied for nearly 20 years…
I haven't studied for nearly 20 years I've just turned 60. Just to be able to stimulate my brain again. My problem is retaining information. The material is easy to understand and not over my head. And to actually achieve certificates is cool. I love achieving things and this is a great way forward. Also the comments from my markers is awesome

Their website and learning system is very easy to navigate which makes enrolling and learning the course material so much easier. It's accessible, simple and easy to both follow and understand. The enrolment was super easy, the option to pay weekly instead of full payment upfront is a blessing, without that option I wouldn’t be able to do this course I think it’s a real cool thing because it allows more people to be able to do the courses they want to do. There’s so much support available which is awesome and they allow you to do your courses in your own time to work around you plus I find the workshops really helpful. I wouldn’t change a thing :)

I would have preferred fewer emails trying to get me to pay for an extension. One or two would have been enough to know it was an option. Otherwise everything else was smooth.
