Today sold my car
The service I had was excellent in every way
The price was the best & the gentleman that collected my car was personable and I would absolutely recommend this company

The Car Buyers Group was amazing from start to finish. They dealt with us in a very professional manner throughout the whole process. On collection day, the gentleman who came to pick up the car was friendly and helpful. Even during the vehicle inspection, he took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. He was very professional and answered all my questions clearly.

I also dealt with Darren from the sales team, who was absolutely brilliant. He was super professional, understanding, and genuinely a people person. He helped me get the best possible deal, and although I felt a bit sad letting the car go, Darren really made the day feel a bit better with his kind and thoughtful approach.

If you’re looking for a team that truly looks after you, I definitely recommend Car Buyers Group. They are genuinely good people who know what they’re doing and offer fair, reasonable prices.

When too good to be true is true.
Posted on auto-trader on Sunday, received a genuine and fair offer by Vaj on the phone on Sunday and they picked the car up without haggle, true to their word on Wednesday. Of course, this requires you to be true to your word too. Genuine transaction. Would recommend and do business again.

I've just sold the family BMW..
The assistant Craig Smith was polite helpful and got an o.k deal..
They were efficient and a Kenyan gentleman called Alex came to pick up the car...The money was transferred straight away...I some how leaft the keys to our other car in the BMW that he had taken away...Alex came back within 10 minutes to hand me our car keys!!

I have just sold my BMW to these guys via my auto trader advert. From the initial call from Vaj offered me a good price and was very straight and honest also kept things very simple . From beginning to end it was done in just over 24 hours with the money being in my account before the guys drove the car away . Very fast and smooth to deal with very friendly and no pressure what so ever . Highly recommended 👍

Due to an unfortunate turn of ill health I was given the job of selling my mums car on her behalf. I did the usual, listed it on AutoTrader and soon enough I received a call from Vaj.
He offered me a great price that we both agreed on and we went forward with the transaction. Since I was doing this by myself I was being extremely cautious and triple checking everything over, but Vaj was patient, friendly and understanding from start to finish.

Vaj came and met me to collect, and dispite how nervous I was, he made me feel at complete ease. We had a laugh, and he took the time to explain everything to me, and walked me through every step of the process. I not only sold a car to him but he also educated me on how to handle things online - which is far more efficient and secure - rather than using the old fashioned send off slips.

Honestly I couldn't have asked the guy for more. He was extremely transparent and no messing about. He's a straight to business kind of person and that's key to his efficiency. I know who I'll be calling when I have another car to shift.
