Ordered a Bamboo Mattress Topper on September 27th 2025 and still waiting sent several emails with no proper replies as to where my order is and no offer of a refund or replacement

It’s either a scam or the worst customer service in history. My husband ordered bamboo topper thing for his bed mid October and still not received. Also same issues as others have reported, emails saying been despatched so can’t refund, even a tracking number that is of course invalid. If it had been a British company we would have taken this further legally but unfortunately it’s Aus.

Don’t buy from this company under any circumstances. Placed an order on 10th October they took money £62.36 ($122.27 AUD) Didn’t hear anything for about a month so i chased. Excuse after excuse from Evri has it to courier lost it to can’t cancel order because it’s sent, manufacturer issues, time of year postal issues you name it. Here we are 22nd December and still not received it. Total scam. I’ve told them if I don’t have my refund before Xmas I am going to let my bank deal with it as fraud. Looking at the reviews I’m not the only one to have been scammed by these people. I will escalate this and contact trading standards and will not let this rest until I get my full refund. Disgusting company don’t touch them with a barge pole.

I only put 1 star because it wasn’t possible to select zero!!! Terrible experience. Ordered something in November as a Xmas gift and still no sign on 22nd Dec. Can’t give me any information and no tracking details. Requested refund but still no response. So disappointing and my daughter is going to be upset.

Do not order from this company. You may never get your item. They can't tell you when you might receive your item if ever.

Ordered 26/09/2025 calming doona blanket, it's now 18/12/2025 and have still not received my order and they keep telling me it's been dispatched, I have asked for my monies on several occasions, but they just keep saying it's been dispatched.

I ordered a bamboo mattress topper on the 27/10/25 and I have still not received it. I have sent emails of complaint about their terrible service and failure to deliver my item on the 19/11/25 and again on the 28/11/25 and again today on 15/12/25. Each time they say it is delayed due to the current busy season and it will still arrive. I have tried to cancel the order and get a refund but they won't do this. they seem to be a scam company that just pockets your money and sends nothing to the customer. Beware!

Do not purchase from this company. Order was not sent and never received a refund. Zero customer service. Lodging a formal complaint.

I ordered a weighted blanket 10 days ago and no sign of it being shipped.

It's now 2 months plus since I placed my order for a blanket and still received nothing, I've went through a period of being told by txt to keep calm and be patient now I seem to have reached a period of non communication, they won't give me any information on the whereabouts of my goods. My warning to you is please think twice if your thinking of buying anything from this lot, by the looks of other reviews I don't think I'm alone.........lesson learned

This company should not be allowed to operate.
I ordered item 2 Oct, today is 9 Dec. My order is still sitting somewhere with the notice Info received.

I placed my order 10 weeks ago and the blanket still hasn't arrived.
Customer service replies just tell me to be patient, but I have started to think that this is a scam.
Luckily, I used my credit card for the purchase so I have started the process to recover my money.
I would suggest extreme caution if you want to place an order with this company.

Have been waiting for my order almost two months now. Emailed me back up to a point and now dont hear from them at all. Afraid might be fraud

Placed an order on 21st Sept, I am still waiting for it to arrive, it is the end of Nov!
I have emailed 3 times, asking where the blanket is and if they are not going to send then issue a refund asap. All I get back is that it is stuck in shipping, I have asked again for a refund. I would never have ordered if I had taken the five mins to read the reviews I can see here. I seem to have had the same experience as others. Avoid at all costs, this is a terrible experience.

Do not buy from this company it’s an absolute scam !!!I ordered on 26th September order has still not been received. I have emailed several times and requested a refund which they have not stated they will do,they just apologise for the delay in shipping due to high shipping season even though a tracking number has been generated,which when I click on the tracking link states order details received and no location. At nearly £100 for a fleece blanket that’s still not been received I highly recommend avoiding this company completely.

Thieves and scammers

Ordered chased them 40+ emails both g then after complaining said sent but have got nothing have had to report to the police and my bank to attempt to get my money back total scammers great website and claims and yet they completely do not have this as a company think they have based on their reviews done this to many more they need putting behind bars

I made my order for a blanket on 13 October and it is 24th Nov today still hasn’t been delivered despite many emails I sent and I am now asking for a refund and they are not responding. I think they are horrible and no one should order from them. As far as I know they might be a total scam.

I Ordered a quilt from The Calming Company an Australian company advertised on Fb months ago and no updates unless you ask them yourself and they still say month after month there is a shipping issue and I will be receiving it. It's the winter now and I'm still waiting for it. Terrible company for not letting you know what's going on - wouldn't buy from them.
