Customer service was great

Customer service was great. I purchased a band and had a slight issue and within one day, I was contacted by customer service and a replacement was sent. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

Great customer experience following a rocky start

I would have rated this a 3 star had it not of been for the great customer experience which gave the product a second chance. The first strap I received broke within hours of me putting it on my wrist. However following my complaint, the team at The Bridge did not raise any questions and simply replaced the band with a brand new one. I went for the Aurelius Green again and all has been good since. I absolutely love my strap and have already had 3 compliments on it and it’s only been 1 day. Thank you team for a truly great customer experience.

Don't use Bridge Sailing Straps when Sailing!

Don’t use the sailing watch straps for Sailing or any sport! I had an Apple Ultra with the bridge Sailing watch strap. I saw my watch go overboard with the strap connected to one end of the watch. The spring connectors they use to attach the strap to the sliding Apple Watch connector are very flimsy, and very thin. about needle's width, its the weakest point.

The definitely will be the last strap you buy as you see your watch fall off your wrist into the water or snow!

The straps are great look stylish and are very comfortable.

Excellent Customer Service

My shipment arrived as an empty box with the clasps clipped and strap gone, clearly a quick thief during shipping.

I sent an email to the address in the shipping order confirmation email and within 12 hours Sarah from the support team responded.

Sarah let me know a new strap was already requested and prepared to ship. One week later it arrived. Hands down a five star experience resolving my issue and the strap is just as great in real life as it looks in the photos.

great customer service, the parcel got sent back as I wasn't in to receive it, and the team had one reshipped in 24 hrs....love the strap, great quality....thanks!

These guys are great

These guys are great! I recently contacted customer service about my strap that was torn after about 9 months. I wasn't expecting much but I thought I would give it a try. They were great and offered to send me a new replacement at no charge! They processed it quickly and communicated every step.

After ordering my new Henley strap I realised I had ordered the wrong size.

After ordering my new Henley strap I did not realise I had ordered the wrong size.
After contacting Sarah in the support team she made it clear and easy to return the item and arranged for it to be replaced.
After returning the strap in Wednesday afternoon I have received the replacement within 3 days.
Great service and I am really happy with the product too. Thank you again Sarah brilliant customer service.

Exceptional Buying Experience

First and foremost the quality of the Henley watch band is beyond reproach. It is an exceptional value for the money. Classy looking, sophisticated in design, and made of high quality materials. Further, the customer service is second to none. I had a sizing issue with the band selected for my 42mm Apple series 10 which was quickly remedied by customer service representative Sarah. The Bridge has great consumer awareness and reacts accordingly. This is a top flight business in every regard and I will definitely be a repeat customer. JD

"Our delivery partner tried to deliver your parcel on 15-01-2025 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. They've left a note about how to make further arrangements"

Again, sorry to hear this. We rely quite heavily on our delivery partners to ensure they get the goods in your hands on time. They get it right most of the time but there is always the occasion where they don't.

My new band

I just received my new band (Henley) from Bridge Watches. I couldn’t be more pleased with its quality and stylish look. I’ve already received compliments on it and inquiries on where I got it. I had some early issues with shipping, that customer service rectified very quickly. Thus, I already have my eye on another band!! if you’re considering a purchase, don’t hesitate you’ll be very happy.

Slight issues, much improved customer service

Purchased a strap late last year, and after little use, one of the pins failed.
Initially there were a few challenges with receiving a replacement, however, after changes to their customer service processes, I can confirm that I have been more than adequately compensated.

Problem with watch strap resolved quickly and efficiently.

I really liked my Henley watch strap but I began to wonder if these were not built to last, despite the Bridge Watches claims that they spent lots of time researching the design,

I expected a strap which retails for £69.99 to last more than 12 months before starting to split and more than 18 months before it fails completely.

I contacted The Bridge Watches, but they told me that 18 months was a reasonable lifespan for a strap, so it would not be covered under any guarantee.

Having posted a review here accordingly, I was pleased to find that the CEO of the company obviously takes such things very seriously and intervened accordingly.

He informed me that this was an unacceptable situation and that it was most likely a manufacturing defect in that particular strap and the response provided was due to a new member of staff not bring fully aware of their policies.

From that point onwards, I cannot fault their service and a replacement watch strap was delivered very promptly. During this process, the communication and updates provided were quite exemplary.

I would still highly recommend their products.

This simply isn't good enough on our end. I will be looking into why the team were not able to get this fixed for you the first time you contacted us. I certainly agree with you, 18 months is not the lifespan of a good strap and we take pride in knowing we design straps to outlast that. There must have been a fault in this particular strap and we should be sending you a replacement for this.

I have asked the team to reach out and make this right for you. We are laser-focused on making sure each customer has a great experience with us but occasionally we fall short, it appears this was one of those times. We will do better in future.

I appreciate your taking the time to offer this feedback - its helping us get better. As for the replicas, we unfortunately don't have the legal resources to monitor this and remove any from the market, so we simply take this as a complement and focus on making the best straps possible.
