Great customer service provided by Sarah

Great customer service provided by Sarah. I had a slight problem with an order and it was resolved quickly and without fuss.
My biggest problem now is to stop ordering straps! I already have 7 and I keep seeing new ones that I’d like. 😊

The Tycoon Strap I ordered arrived the next day. Great quality and definetly worth the premium price. There was a small issue with head locking mechanism and The Bridge's customer service team sent me a replacement quickly without any fuss.

Incomplete watch strap

I ordered a watch strap, but it arrived without the pieces needed to connect it to an Apple Watch. I contacted Bridge, who apologised and promised to send a replacement. A week later, I still hadn’t received it, so I contacted them again. They said the connectors were out of stock but would dispatch it as soon as they came in, without giving me a timeline. I asked for a refund, but I didn’t hear back. Since I bought through PayPal, I raised an issue with them. A week later, I received a notification from PayPal that I’d get a full refund because the seller hadn’t responded to my query in time.

Very nice, good quality straps

I had been looking for some nice watch straps for a little while now, and The Bridge had exactly the kind I was looking for. There was a slight issue with the original shipping, but The Bridge took full responsibility for this, apologised and put it all right - I was kindly given an additional strap too. The straps themselves are great quality, and I appreciate how they handled things in the end. Mistakes happen, but they did make it right.

Best customer service EVER!

I bought three apple watch straps for a family member on the buy 2 get 1 free deal. They arrived the next day. He didn't like two of them so I contacted The Bridge and they were happy for me to return them for an exchange. Absolutely delighted with the customer service, the new straps also arrived the day after they received the returned ones!! I can highly recommend this company to anyone who wants good products and the best customer service I've ever experienced!

I’ve now bought 3 straps for my Apple…

I’ve now bought 3 straps for my Apple Ultra 2. I have to say what a pleasure it was to buy from The Bridge, lightening delivery service, fantastic customer service, and the quality of the straps are just fantastic, far better than the original Apple straps.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

International shipping returns is paid by customer!!

Item was too big. Returns are paid by the customer which is international. It doesn’t make financial sense to return. Shame on them!

On one hand, we would love to provide free returns for everyone but on the other hand, it can be quite tricky for a small business to fund a lot of returns. We try to publish all the accurate measurements for fitting on site for customers to make the best informed decision. It's an area of the business we are carefully looking into at the moment. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Had a fitting issue with the first strap but Sarah responsed straight away to my email and they sent a replacement of my choosing straight away, no questions asked. New strap is great, highly recommend the Vienna Sport.

My Henley watchband recently broke from the buckle after having it for 8 months. I reached out to their customer service department to see if they might be able to send me a replacement. They reached out immediately to get information to send out a replacement band. Sarah was so understanding and helpful. I love their bands and get compliments all the time. Mike

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. SHOP ELSEWERE FOR A WATCH STRAP. After two failed deliveries, notwithstanding I received no notifications of the delivery or any attempt to make the delivery, I have requested a refund and have had no luck receiving a refund for 7 months now.
