Recently bought a pre-owned hybrid bike from Bicycle Exchange and couldn’t be happier. The bike functions flawlessly, was priced fairly, and had received expert maintenance. The customer service was outstanding. I’ll definitely return here for future bike purchases or services.

Able to discuss with someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Easy parking, nice layout and able to test ride, both on the flat and undulating quiet roads.

Dan was fantastic. He knows his stock and has a great range of quality bikes. There weren’t many bikes in the shop however he took us over his bike store where we could see the full range and try them out. My son was more than happy with the selection and we got a fantastic bike that fits him perfectly and will last for the next few years.
If your planning on popping over, like we did, I would suggest giving them a call first so they can get and idea of what you are looking for and can bring some stock over for you.
It’s fantastic find somewhere that had great quality bikes that are preloved. We will be going back. Thank you Dan!

Really pleased with my sons new bike we exchanged for bikes he had outgrown, thank you Dan, fantastic service.

Really friendly and helpful. Dropped off bike after a muddy ride but that was not a problem. Opted for the gold service because I do a lot of mountain biking and am off to France for 5 days of riding in two weeks. Got a phone call the day of service to ask if I wanted a few additional repairs carried out, which I opted for. Got the bike back when promised and looked like new. I rode it a few times to make sure all was working as expected and can not find anything wrong. Very good service, I would highly recommend The Bicycle Exchange.
