Very concerning experience
Very concerning experience — my card was charged three times, support did not properly resolve the issue, and I received no satisfactory response.
I also provided services to the business and was not paid as agreed.
The Trustpilot profile raises further concerns: many recent five-star reviews use very similar wording around pricing, the campus and “no upselling”, with several reviewers based outside Australia.
The profile also shows a “no recent history of asking for reviews” notice, so I would not rely on the headline rating alone.
I also found discrepancies in the public business and legal information that I believe customers should verify before paying.
Based on these red flags and my own experience, I strongly recommend doing independent checks, keeping records and thinking very carefully before dealing with this company.
