Signed up for a trial and got charged before I had a chance to cancel. I reached out to support, and they refunded me in full. They were responsive, professional, and didn't hide behind policies.Good service overall.

Never use the best pdf.com . They will shows the fees as only 0.99 US$ and they will force you to give the payment details . First they charged 0.99 Us$ on24th June for the compression service availed on 24th June . . Then next day they will charge again 0.93 , 0.94 US$ etc . We will be confused with the first payment . With the card details they have saved they will charge heavy amount after a week or so . They will hide their entire amount , subscription etc in the terms and conditions which runs in to pages and nobody will read them before signing as it is not visible explicitly . They are horrible people who earns their money out of cheating customers in this way . They are cheat and fraudulent . Other websites show the charges as 20US $ etc explicitly , whereas bestpdf people hide in terms and conditions and then cheat the customers . They are cheat and they are doing scam . Never go to them . I was charged heavily trusting their 0.99 US$ shown explicitly .
For this review they have replied total nonsense . Their modus operandi is to give a ver low charge and then hide their fraudulent charges in the name of subscription fees in terms and conditions and then charge you heavily . Never use them for any service as they are scam .
