I noticed they had my review removed…

I noticed they had my review removed from Google a couple of years ago so thought I'd just remind anyone who comes across this - don't buy anything of these charlatans if you value your health. Ordered 8 bottles of cider, only got seven, and every single bottle they sent was coated with shards of broken glass so as I took the first bottle out I slit all my hand open. You might think: oh well that could easily be the delivery drivers fault, heavy handed, glass bottles. Nope. Because the bottles where packed in bubble wrap WITH shards of glass on each and every bottle inside the bubble wrap.

I usually wouldn't bother but noticed that my review was removed so thought I'd just let anyone who is thinking of using this embarrassment of a company to think twice.

We haven't removed your Google review, we can still see your review along with another on our Trustpilot from August 2024 regarding the same issue.

When you had first emailed us, we replied the next day apologising and advising that we could uplift the damaged stock via our courier, and could either issue a replacement out to yourself or a full refund, but we didn't receive a response back.

Once again, I apologise for all the trouble that this order had caused, and hope you will consider giving us another chance sometime in the future.

Premium Spanish beer.

Thanks again. Premium beer and a very reasonable price, delivered within 3 days despite ordering at Christmas. Great correspondence and help if needed. Great work guys, keep it up.

Ordered 2 boxes of beer (48 bottles)

Ordered 2 boxes of beer (48 bottles). Took a few days to process but once dispatched, arrived the next day. Was a little skeptical at first mainly due to limited customer service but was pleased nonetheless.
