Sadly half my order didn’t turn up and I quickly emailed the team to help me resolve this from previous experience with different online purchasing companies I wasn’t going to hold my breath but I can not thank beauty crop enough they was super fast with getting back to me and sorting the situation straight away and quickly refunded me so I could purchase my items again and was very apologetic great customer service !

Refund Scam
Placed an order on The Beauty Crop website directly, received the items fine and contacted them to return some items that weren’t for me. I’d ordered 2 sets of some items that I didn’t like the coulours and textures of so returned the sealed, unopened ones, had to contact them with a list of what was being returned and why, made sure to mention the items being returned were all sealed and unopened. Did this and paid for my return, tracked. Just received an email to say some of the items had been refunded, replied back to the Beauty crop email asking when the other items would be refunded for them to come back saying the items had been deemed to have been opened so they were unsalable so I wouldn’t be getting a refund (also no mention of them being returned to me) I challenged this as I knew for a fact the items hadn’t been opened and were returned sealed as they were delivered.
After challenging the refund The Beauty Crop came back to say the warehouse staff have said they were opened but on this occasion they will refund me “as a gesture of goodwill” How is rightfully refunding me a gesture of goodwill?
I have bought from The Beauty Crop on the website and on TikTok for years now, since the beginning and this is how they treat loyal customers. Will no longer be buying anything else from the company going forward.

When your return was received and inspected by our warehouse team, some items were assessed as having been opened and therefore not eligible for a refund under our returns policy. We appreciate that you disagreed with this assessment and raised your concerns with our team.
Following a review of the matter and despite the warehouse assessment remaining unchanged, we issued a full refund for the items. This refund was processed and confirmed before this review was posted.
As the refund has been issued in full, we consider the matter resolved. Whilst we understand that you remain dissatisfied with the circumstances surrounding the return, there is no further action for us to take.
We're grateful for your support over the years and are sorry that despite our efforts to resolve the matter, you remain unhappy with the outcome.

Gorgeous collection of beauty products.
Beautifully curated collection of gorgeous products which I cannot wait to try - but have not yet. It was an offer that I could not pass up on.
Everything is housed in the gorgeous pink and white tote which will be great for an overnight stay or something like that. All together I love.

Lovely products, fast delivery
I have now placed 2 orders and both arrived very quickly. The first order was quite large as I took advantage of the brilliant sale they have on at the moment, everything was there and it was nice to receive a large delivery from a company without the problem of missing items! All the products I have tried so far are lovely and I will definitely order again!
