Looking for some new artwork to finish off our room
Looking for some new artwork to finish off our room revamp and came across the website if Artists Quarter.
They had a great range of art to choose from and we settled on 4 linked framed prints by Adam Barsby.
Delivery was prompt and the pictures were well packed and quality of the Prints and frame excellent.
They look superb in our room and would highly recommend and definitely use again.

We needed something to finish our project off (hall way) we trawled the shops but couldn’t find anything, I came across The Artist’s Quarter , They had lots to choose from at prices to suit all pockets , we already had one framed picture by Catherine Stephenson and wanted something similar, we found two pictures by her that told a little story Hope 1 and Hope two and we made the purchase at a great price we also bought a third for our lounge , we experienced great service and quick delivery , we are very pleased 😀

18 days and still not delivered
My wife ordered a picture on the 22nd of November for my birthday which was on the 30th November.
It’s now the 10th of December and still hasn’t arrived.
We’ve been given 2 dates when the picture was meant to come and nothing. Very frustrating when you have to arrange for someone to be home.
Very slow service wont be using again. Will be arranging a refund.

I recently purchased the Allotment by Catherine Stephenson for my hallway. I love this print. I love all her work. In fact this is the 4th print I have purchased
The prints look so simple but yet there’s so much detail in her work. Love it.
The frame is of very good quality and it arrived well packaged and within 7 days of my order.

Great choice, good price and friendly customer service
We have recently started collecting Welsh artist Geoff Beckett prints; quirky, rural, countryside cottage and sheep scenes with striking copper coloured trees against sunset or evening skies. They suit the mood we are trying to create in our living room perfectly, given we now live in rural Yorkshire. I wanted to find more prints than were stocked locally and the Artist's Quarter had several that we really liked. They were easy to contact, flexible on delivery dates and the framed print came brilliantly packed, safe and secure on the due day. Since then they wrote to me about a sale and I have bought a second print at half-price. I definitely recommend these people. They stock a good range of pictures, many of which we liked, but we only have so much wall! Thank you.

Avoid at all costs
I ordered a pair of Jenny Worrall table lamps on 27/09 which were showing as stock items with a 3-5 days delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, the lamps were not delivered and after several attempts to contact the company, they informed me that the lamps were not in stock and were unable to provide a timeframe for restocking. I then requested a refund. Unfortunately, all I got was an email stating that I had cancelled the order and a refund has not been issued. I will have to follow this up through Amex.

As a small business, reviews like this can have a significant impact on our reputation. Trustpilot is an unfair platform for small businesses because it charges high fees that allow larger companies to manipulate their reviews and ratings, while smaller companies like ours have to earn reviews organically. The picture was well packaged and the communication has been good from both Artist's Quarter and FedEx. It left their premises Wednesday and delivered the next day.
