I ordered two paintings on the 7 February - I have followed up three times via email and the chat function with no response at all.

We’re sorry to read your review and wanted to clarify a few things to ensure fairness.
Your initial email was sent to us on 27th February at 6:37am, and we responded promptly at 10:06am the same day. A second email came through on 4th March at 7:51am, which we also replied to the same morning. Both of our replies were only read on 11th March at 9.13 & 10.06 respectively.
We’d like to stress that we did respond to every message and online chat, and we’ve made 8 attempts to call you, to discuss your refund and other alternatives to put things right as well as sending follow-up emails, to make sure everything was resolved to your satisfaction.
The delay with your order was due to a licensing issue that was outside of our control, but once we discussed this with you on 4th March, you agreed to an alternative picture at a heavily discounted price, which was promptly sent out on a next day delivery.
We always aim to offer good service, even when challenges arise, and we feel we've done our best to put things right. We also believe that it would have been fair to update or reconsider the review in light of the efforts made, though of course we respect that not everyone chooses to do so.

Just came across it by chance looking for a particular painting and there it was.
Quick and easy to order and fantastic personal customer service when I queried delivery. Got back to me straight away and I needn’t have worried it arrived in a couple of days.

What a wonderful company to deal with
What a wonderful company to deal with. I was wrong with a comment I made before by using the word fake… it was the wrong word to use about an item I bought, not thinking about the impact and negativity it can send out. I should have said it was not to my taste. But Tim has corrected this by letting me choose another and it’s beautiful. I’m so happy. I highly recommend the artist quarter. 5 star

Nothing bad to say at all
I think we have ordered 5 pictures over the years from the Artists' Quarter. All by Catherine Stephenson. All the pictures have been packed superbly, delivered in a timely manner and with excellent customer service to boot.
If we're looking for a picture, TAQ are top of my list to see what they have in stock first.
