So very pleased with my ring - a Love Letter with my initial J in it. The diamonds are really sparkling and I love wearing it!

Professional and relaxing environment, the staff there are very friendly and out you at ease. All after care post piercing is very very clear, looking forward to going back for next piercing!

I ordered some jewellery from Alkemistry and dealt with Melissa, she was extremely helpful and dealt very efficiently with queries about my order. Because of Melissa's super service I'll definitely buy from Alkemistry again. She is certainly an asset to the company.

Wrong information given on a product
Bought a white gold labret stud for a lip piercing, was told it was 9mm in length but is only 8mm so unable to wear it as too short, the backing is also very thin so cuts into lip

Piercing experience was excellent!
However goodie bag with aftercare solution paid for was not received. It was only disclosed that the aftercare solution was out of stock when I queried it. I was told to buy a saline solution for use and that paid for will be posted within a few days when restocked.
No goodie bag to date.
Saline solution received two weeks later.

The loveliest of staff that made me feel calm during my transformation piercing appointment. Explaining what was going to happen and prices in detail. Such a lovely place, couldn’t recommend it more if you are willing to splash a bit of cash for luxury! 100% worth every penny

Lovely experience for my 9 year old Daughter. First time getting her ears pierced, Rihanna was patient and kind and took great care of her. She also did a great job, the piercing is perfect. Really gorgeous earring choices, slightly on the expensive side but worth it.

The whole experience from arrival & a calming drink through to actually having the piercing with breathing techniques & lots of communication was very welcoming & efficient.

I have been blown away by how incredibly helpful The Alkemistry team has been. Not only do they have beautiful jewelry, but they are committed to ensuring the best costumer service I have experienced. One of my pieces from them needed a repair and they truly went above and beyond in fixing it free of charge and were incredibly kind and informative along the way. I couldn't be happier to have pieces from them and can't wait to buy more in the future!

Packaging is horrendous for a gift - diamond in earring is almost invisible. Nowhere near worth the money

Beautiful jewellery but very slow customer service. Far too slow to respond to emails and action anything. I’m spending days chasing emails, asking for a response. I’d be very reluctant to buy from the brand again after a mistake with my order.

I ordered a bracelet as a Birthday present for a friend and as an overseas customer, was afraid it wouldn’t arrive in time. My package arrived within two days! A lovely product beautifully packaged! Thanks so much!

Beautiful shop and excellent service. I have visited twice now for piercings and had both Rachel and Frederica at the Floral Street shop. Both gave their professional advice on everything in terms of the process, but also aesthetically, what would suit me best. Everyone I have spoken to in the shop has been lovely, and happy to chat regarding new collections and designs.
Highly recommend if you are after some stunning contemporary jewellery or a new piercing too!

Fab customer service and beautiful stuff.

The service was excellent, there was an issue with my original order of a black pearl bracelet as a present for my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary, but Rachel came back to me straight away with two alternatives, with my final choice being delivered within 24hrs. My wife was delighted with it. Thank you very much.
