Having struggled to find a responsive Gas Safe qualified installed for a while, it has been a pleasure dealing with Jon from Theale Gas. Rather than waste our money servicing a clearly compromised boiler and other system components, he gave us options to repair or replace and having opted for a repair we now have a fully working system at a reasonable cost. I'd have no hesitation recommending Theale Gas.

Following an inspection of my heating system Jon, (Theale Gas) recommended the replacement of my old (22 years) Central Heating Boiler to a New, Modern, Efficient Worcester Greenstar 15Ri.

They provided a more than competitive quote to supply & fit and disposal of my old boiler and a date for the work to take place.

On the agreed day, Jon & Ben arrived on time, carried out their work Professionally & efficiently and installed the New Boiler as agreed. I was able to continue my own work during this time and any noise disturbance was kept to a minimum. They ensured that I understood the work they were undertaking and sought my agreement before hand.

I have used Theale Gas on a number of occasions to Service and Maintain my previous boiler and heating system in the past and can totally recommend the services they provide. I now have a New Boiler and I'm confident that it will keep me warm and that Theale Gas will continue to provide ongoing support as maybe required.

I found Theale Gas through the Worcester Bosch website as I wanted to take advantage of the extended warranty offered using the preferred suppliers, whilst supporting local business, and I'm so glad I did.

After making an initial enquiry through the website Jon was in touch super quick and even managed to pop round the same day to quote for me as I was going away the next day.

My new boiler is excellent and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard - by the time they'd finished you'd never have known they'd been there at all if it wasn't for the new heating system that works properly and the extra space where the old tanks used to be 😊

I can't recommend Theale Gas highly enough. Jon and his team installed a new boiler in my tenanted property and issued me the Landlord Safe Certificate. Now I wont allow anybody else to serve it but only Jon, even though I have a Landlord insurance with BG which includes the Landlord Gas Safety report I prefer to pay as an extra for my peace of mind, knowing my boiler is in the best hands. Efficient, reliable and trustworthy that are the characteristics I valued the most in a trader.
