I loved their help and their quick response. Alice also helped me solve an out-of-theme problem. She changed the location of the shopify shate conversation for me. I also thank her for her help and her quick response to me.

Politeness, efficiency, professionalism, service on top

After unsuccessful attempts to independently resolve the problem with my site, I asked for help. This was my first time contacting support, and I was a little tense when I had to provide access data to the site. Politeness, efficiency, professionalism, service on top. I had a great experience with the Kalles template. I will try to be more careful with the administration, but hope that I will not have to apply again. Although now I know that can trust the service. Wish you many sales!
