Dont normally leave reviews but wanted to share the positive experience I am having with the theme and more importantly the support given by The4Studio

Sure, the theme isn't perfect, won't suit everyone's tastes or needs and yes there is a lot that can be improved/updated but the theme has proven to be very easy to implement and compared with others that I've tried, give a huge number of customisation options.

The thing that stands out the most and why I have taken the trouble to write this review is the support. Its been absolutely amazing. Any time I have an issue, no matter how trivial, their support has responded quickly and given an acceptable solution.

Definite 5 Star rating from me!

Satisfied customer

Beautiful theme (Kalles) and great customer service. They replied to my issues in a timely manner (most of the time) and have been able to help in every instance. I would highly recommend them.

This company is amazing

This company is amazing. Their Kalles theme is already excellent but what's most amazing is the support. Their staff is the best in the business and do everything they can to help out. Especially Mie Tran. Very dedicated and helpful. They're always releasing updates including the new Shopify 2.0 standard. I've bought multiple themes from them and I will continue to do so. It's money well spent.

Have been using Nitro Unlimited Options app from the4studio for my Shopify store. App works great, and Jade from customer support has been incredibly helpful in setting up the app on a new theme. Very satisfied with the work!

Everything is just perfect!

Everything is just perfect but the customer support should be faster in reply it usually takes 1 day to get the response, so it would be better to improve the customer support response time.
