Have to be honest

Have to be honest, ordered before and was great. This time has been awful at every stage. I am currently on day 16 since I placed an order and still no closer to receiving the item. Requested a refund on the order and they just refunded the smaller item (never confirmed they would do this and I didn't ask for just that to be refunded) have requested a refund twice since then and never got a reply. Really poor service here. Not sure if due to popularity from social media struggling to complete orders now but sadly a terrible experience myself.

Update; it is now the 6th (a week away from a month since ordering) asked for a refund multiple times. Still haven't received the item or a refund.

Can confirm I have received 4 emails asking me to rate the service though! So that's good.

Don't deal with mistakes well

Took 10 days to be posted (this was put on the website and was clear from the beginning), however a mistake was made in the order. After e-mailling, they agreed it would be posted out, however 1 month later i still haven't received the replacement items. E-mailled with no response. While the products were good quality and well packaged, i feel like this has made me want to avoid this store in the future.

Didn’t receive product

Ordered my stuff last week I have not been provided a tracking number for the stuff I contacted the company about this and did not hear a reply so emailed them about a refund which I still have not heard anything back very poor customer service

That's my candy review

The products they sell are up to standard and are for good prices the only thing that I would say needs to be improved on is the info on their online shop. The dates they give for when your products will are are a bit off but not that much. So overall 4 stars.

Absolutely rubbish and not worth it at…

Absolutely rubbish and not worth it at all, I ordered a medium mystery box and it took about 3 weeks to actually come and when it arrived it was not worth it. Cans of drink were dented and packing was crushed and there was barely anything even in the box which is unbelievable because of the amount I had paid. Sweets weren’t even worth up to it. For the amount I paid I barely even got what I paid for maybe even £10 worth. Never ordering here ever again

Great customer service

Honestly my friend bought stuff from this place and the delivery was quick for him and the service i have received has been amazing as they have helped me with my order after a small error occurred but they were very happy to help

I will never be ordering from this website again

I will never be ordering from this scamming website again. save your money, I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t come, I then found out it is 7-10 working days to come so I paid for next day delivery, he said it would be refunded; it has been 13 days and it still hasn’t been refunded, further more he keeps saying 7-10 days but it has been longer. There is absolutely no customer service or communication as he keeps ignoring my emails, I am a very unhappy customer

don’t order from here

ordered on 28th of jan, was told when ordering would only be a few days ended up going over a week so i text them on instagram when they explained saying a worker had covid so it would be 7-10 days. next time i chased it (took days for a reply) it turned to 14-16 days. still haven’t received this. don’t order. you’ll get bad customer service and also no package so goodluck.

Avoid this seller - Scammed!!!

Avoid this seller - absolute scam artist - only sent half of the order after I raised a dispute with PayPal after nearly 3 weeks - no replies to my email and provided PayPal with shipping details but forgot to mention that they didn’t send all the order - absolutely no communication - no explanation and no apology - if I could give 0 out of 10 I would !

Replying to message below - I have not received any refund through PayPal nor have I received any emails to spam or inbox - other than the reply you sent stating the same lies below - the case isn’t closed by paypal in your favour - another lie - you are conning children out of their spending money and should be stopped
