A great alternative to putting your hair through the pain and damage and expense of weave in extensions, who needs that? Easy to use, takes 2 minutes to put in. So many color choices and I was able to pick my exact match using my laptop, how crazy is that. Highly recommend this product.

I’m so unhappy with the color match and I want to return the item that I never even TRIED. They say no refund because you opened the package! How can I see the hair color then? So disappointed with them😭

I had an issue with the halo. I was amazed how quick of a response I received from That Hair to solve my problem. They had no problem replacing it and making things right for me. This is a great company.

Horrible service, pay for return plus pay for stock fee and if you opened it you may be totally screwed. They said they would not reimburse.Their site said you could return for full money back. They want to give a credit. I didn’t like their product! I read the other reviews and the same is reported. Color doesn’t match , it’s way too heavy. They advertised that it’s light. It’s not. Bad all the way. Disappointed😢

The first color arrived and it was not the right choice (only I made it - definitely recommend color matching with them first), and I was so disappointed. I reached out to support and they were so quick to fix the issue(s) and were extremely communicative. This is not an online company that gets your money and leaves you in the dust - their customer service is amazing! I’m not sure if the replacements will work out, but I can’t rave enough about how cordial, caring, and responsive the support staff has been!

The customer service is the worst one I have ever seen. The products didn’t match the color and quality was not good. I wanted to return they refuse to return process. Because package was opened. Of course it is opened because I need to see the shade the hair inside the package but I haven’t used them at all. How I am supposed to see the color match without opening it. They claim easy return but don’t believe it because they do everything they can not to accept returns.

This has changed my life! I’m so glad you guys sent me two, cause you knew I would love it that much!! The color was perfectly matched, and it’s so EASY, I can’t even believe how easy it is. I wish I had this option years ago when I was messing around with clip extensions. These are so much more comfortable!
