I bought these for a friend. The color match was amazing and it looks and feels like real hair. She was thrilled.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! #1 The color match is AMAZING! My husband and I could not tell which was my hair and which was the extension hair, once it was in place! The hair is a very good quality, in addition to the fabulous color match. One of the halo wires was missing a comb, so I contacted customer service to request a new wire. Their.response was to advise me they would send 2 new full halo extensions in any length I wanted with no need to return the ones they had sent. The customer service reps for this company are top notch! Never, in all my online shopping have I ever experienced such professional and caring customer service reps, which says a lot about the company. You cannot go wrong with this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could! After my experience shopping with them, I would never shop anywhere else for halos! A++++++ for doing things RIGHT!

My first order did not match my hair and Thathair was very responsive and worked with me to choose a color and that matched perfectly.

I was bummed when I realized I got the length all wrong however customer service helped right away! I’m loving my halos (I have the 18” and the 14”) and have been getting so many compliments! I just had my 62nd birthday on April 2 and absolutely love the feeling I get with longer hair.

I have to say out of all of the sites I use to order halos or even extensions this company is the only one that actually responds immediately or even almost immediately. My hair color match was off and they replaced my Halo free of charge with the color match I requested.
So I will be using them moving forward and highly recommend them.

I have tried a few times to get hold of these people I returned my product but they did not accept it you cannot get a straight answer from them and I do not wish to keep their product.

I have a Wonderful color match & Length with your help. My next step is to go to my stylist for even more perfection, to sit in comfortably wirh my own hair style.

I had to exchange my beautiful hair pieces because they looked unnaturally long so customer service responded immediately and walked me through the process to get what I wanted. I got the replacement about a week and a half later, maybe two weeks. They are awesome! Not only that but the quality of the hair pieces is beautiful.

A great alternative to putting your hair through the pain and damage and expense of weave in extensions, who needs that? Easy to use, takes 2 minutes to put in. So many color choices and I was able to pick my exact match using my laptop, how crazy is that. Highly recommend this product.

I’m so unhappy with the color match and I want to return the item that I never even TRIED. They say no refund because you opened the package! How can I see the hair color then? So disappointed with them😭
