I Purchased an Apple Watch Band. The size was incorrect, not as per their size guide. I have returned the band by recorded delivery. It has been signed for. I have tried to contact these people by Phone and Email, all to no avail. DO NOT PUCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Quite cleverly, they don't provide a return address on their website, even though they say you can return your order within 14 days for a refund. However, emailed them well within 14 days to request a return and refund, asking for a return address. No reply. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail. To me, that's fraudulent behaviour, saying you have the right to return but providing no way of doing it!
Please avoid.
