Someone call me that i won a gadgets form a raffle promo they say that i won a cellphone laptop and a tablet. But when it delivered to me i got only a romoss sense 4 and paid the shipping fee of 595 pesos. What a life!

I recently wrote a review with a one star rating as I paid for an item and didn't receive it. I made three attempts to contact; phone call, messenger and Facebook page didn't receive a reply.
Upon my negative review they did contact me, with an apology and refunded my money.
Therefore I have "upped the stars". However That Gadget just because you are a "small family run business " it's no excuse to; advertise products you can't supply and only respond to customers if they give you negative feedback on Trustpilot!

Never received my order. No ones ever got back to me.

Well impressed with the customer service from That Gadget. I ordered 3 Touchkeys and they were supposed to delivered within 48 hours. When I hadn’t received them 5 days later, I messaged That Gadget and they were quick to respond. They apologised and resent my order free of charge. These arrived within the specified time. Meanwhile my original order turned up. I contacted That Gadget, as I decided to keep the Touchkeys for other family members, as it’s a brilliant tool to have during these uncertain times and really well made. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others

Had some problems initially with an order but it turned out it was due to high demand and couldn’t be avoided, the customer service has been great and they’ve even gone out of they’re way and sent me the order again for free just to prove that it was a one off scenario, they sent three more of the item with 24 hour delivery via Royal Mail and it was received way before 24 hours, great service guys and thankyou for going out of your way and proving yourselves, will certainly use again

Great product. Fits easily on your key ring and comes in handy for cash machines and doors. Love it!

Ordered 3 touch keys from That Gadget UK. They all arrived as described. They were FREE and I only had to pay £5.99 for delivery. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Great customer service, dealt with eveything quickly and professionally. Couldn't fault them.

I was somewhat hesitant to buy a third-party strap for my Apple Watch, but now that I have my strap I am so glad I bought this. The strap has a very attractive design, it fits me perfectly and it actually gives me more comfort than the original Apple strap. Totally worth the purchase! 100% would buy here again!!

This is not a watch strap review. I ordered a Fit-bit on the 21st Dec for next day delivery and have still not received it. Initially a very helpful customer service response from Richard on the 24th saying it was on Royal Mail to get this to me but after three further emails due to lack of still not receiving this product (present for my wife) still no response. If anyone from ‘That Gadget’ is reading this review can you please action this ASAP? My order number is #16547 and it is now 30th December.

Ordered a strap from them and was initially really pleased when a parcel arrived in a couple of days however when i opened the parcel i found that they had sent me another strap (much cheaper than the one ordered) not the type I had ordered.
Despite numerous attempts to contact them via Email,telephone and Facebook messenger absolutely no contact from them.
However after posting s review on Trust Pilot I was contacted by the company and offered a great resolution for the mistake. The resolution was sending me my original strap, keeping the first strap and the offer of any other strap FOC. This I gladly accepted and within a few days the FOC strap arrived but still no sign of the original strap.
The comms from Richard have so far been great.
Its took a bit of back and forth messaging but I am glad to say that eventually this matter has now been completely resolved.
My initial impression wasn’t good but thanks to Richard they have now resolved the issue.
I have not given 5 stars due to the extended time it took to resolve this matter.

Ordered my watch off their website and it arrived super quick. Great price, great deal, great company!

Great service from ordering till receiving the product, unfortunately it did not fit my watch but costumer service was amazing at helping me solve the problem.

I was not impressed at all with the iWatch 4 series strap that I’d received. It reminded me of something I would have got from a toy shop. Not the right size for the watch, looked like the strap was made for a kids toy watch.Guess you get what you pay for.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY. They sent me in the incorrect size of a watch strap, the quality is also terrible for the price you pay, it’s like an item you might order from Wish. They then completely ignore all messages from you, there is no return address included with the item and no information on their website as to where you return the item. I’ve been looking for a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 I am entitled to a seven-day cooling off period, starting from the day after I bought the goods. I have therefore the right to cancel the order and request that they provide a full refund within 30 days, but they keep ignoring my messages.

Obviously I will now be contacting trading standards.

Please under no circumstances give this company your hard earned money.

Update - Well I did hear from them after this review and they did send me the correct ordered strap and a replacement strap as an apology. I do stand by my comments that the straps are poor quality. I wore the ordered strap for a week and then my skin started reacting to where the metal strap holder meets my skin, don’t have this with the Apple strap that came with my watch. The replacement strap although the right size doesn’t fit my watch very well at all and certainly doesn’t sit flush and is flimsy, leaving me concerned that should I use that strap I would end up losing my watch of my wrist. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances and definitely won’t be using them myself again.

This is re-write of my review.
I was answered back and my broken strap was replaced with a new one.
